| Amazing episode! So Rize was intentionally killed? I wouldn't be surprise if someone did kill her since the wires just went off out of nowhere. I thought the maid lady was Kirishima-san. Guess not? Lol Mamoru Miyano's voice is funny and amazing as hell! I love how he combines French with Japanese with ease :P I did lol'd when he started sniffing that napkin and he thinks he just discovered a new star XD It looks like he was sniffing pantsu instead LMAO. I don't mind the censor this time around, but the didn't like when that guy got killed with his blood being black and all. Love the episode!! Can't wait for the next one! |
| I really don't understand why Kaneki cares about that lady that tried to eat him. Well he does seem to be rather stupid. I expected this to be more of a horror show and driven by drama but its really quite silly. I may be able to enjoy the show more if I take everything less seriously. So far I do like the show's sense of humor. |
| Eh, this episode made Kaneki look like the silliest of sillies for simply following Tsukiyama like that, when squeezing in the scene when he strikes a deal with Itori would've been easy. Also a shame that they didn't show him put his combat lessons to use, nor the other two peeps that should've been at the restaurant with him. Welp, at the very least Miyano Mamoru is enough by himself to entertain me. Damn I can't get enough of that seiyuu. Just realized something funny tho: he's called Mr. MM among his circle of gourmet friends, right? And "Tsuki" means "Moon" and "Yama", "Mountain" so his nickname makes perfect sense! |

| Tsukiyama is so creepy and hilarious, he made me laugh many times during this episode. He reminds me of Hisoka, he's absolutely a huge creep but he's very zany and funny lol. This was a great episode, I wonder what Tsukiyama will do next lol. |

| The momma boy was such a joke, the reason the author made him throw away his weapon is to not instantly kill/decapitate Kaneki, so that he could struggles and power up. Meh. The dove arc, why introduce those guys if they are not going with it first. Gourmet arc so far has been quite a bore. Before doing anything they should have done more with the characters first, should have build a foundation, because even now, I don't really give a fuck about anyone. deadoptimist said: Way to ruin the main character. | 4/5 Good episode all in all, it turns out another of the Ghoul and you have no way to understand what is stupid Kaneki! XD Good excuse to save it. Drawings and animations of sufficient level, the music industry is better. Let's see how it comes out Kaneki from the grip of the psychopath. |

| Tsukiyama is so sick and twisted I literally laughed my ass off when he was going hardcore with sniffing that napkin... Epsiode was crazy...so glad Kaneki got himself out of that situation, that entire Gourmet scene was so intense I was so nervous for Kaneki...and I just knew this Tsukiyama guy was gonna be obnoxious as hell and annoying. Can't stand him he's hilarious but please have him killed off soon LOL. I really like Itori...she's cute. :3 |

| Man, good thing I didn't read the manga first, or I don't think I'd be able to watch the show. They sure censored the eyeball he was eating real well. I had no idea what it was. |
| It is always about food with those ghouls...For how long did they live around humans ? With such an eating obsession and the appearant number of ghouls, there should be no human population growth. I was expecting the first episodes to show us the daily life of ghouls and their customs through Kaneki's disovery of their hidden world: how did they prevent rampages through the history when their single other way to "ease" their hunger is coffee, a pretty recent breuvage, especially in the story's location. I suppose we will see some ghouls infiltrated in high spheres of the human society since it is in their interets and they mastered the art of blending in. After two episodes, it feels like I am watching three series alternatively, with no effort to link them. How is the witch hunt of the special police unit going on? What about the medical plot? AND now, the mystery of the Kaneki/Lize accident! At least, here it is already obvious. Since the doctor is pretty clearly the one responsible for the semi-ghoul creation. After learninge the rumour in this episode, it is easy to think he has certainly ordered it. His goal must be to create a soldier/weapon/army or a new superior race, Now waiting for his sudden reappearance as the villain, revealing his true intentions (hopefully not world domination). I will wait for this part to be developed, it should bring out some needed informations: how are the ghoul and human species affiliated, since they can (albeit rarely) interbreed? Why would an hybrid ghoul be stronger than a regular one, especially after seeing a cup cutting Kaneki when ghouls can't be sliced/cut without another ghoul's strength? (About that, I fear it might be an excuse to go all out on fights, sadly ) I still think Lize is alive somehow. Or a lot of talking would be about nothing useful. |
