| This season is continously pushing with an important bond between Bell and Ryu. Feels like the longer they are down there in that dungeon, the more they understand each other. Pacing felt kinda slow for the first half but it did show that Bell and Ryu works together very well, at least to survive. Looks like the other party members are also advancing up the floors and it's getting crazy. |

| Thoroughly enjoyed this episode. Adapting vol.14 in it's entirety is paying off dividends. It's really turning out to be the best season of the anime so far. Even those tiny second long anime only details have been very good lately. As I expected, Ryuu is going to become even more popular as this season progresses. Seeing these small details from the LN animated just make her shine even more. I always liked Kaguya from the novels and dug her character design, but seeing her animated makes me like her even more. Such a mysterious and well rounded character. |

| Well help has arrived but i didn't expect that help. Still the search party is closing in as well the question now is will Bell and Ryu reach safety as well. Things are looking good for now after everything that happened. |
| Ryuu making Bell drink that potion and slimy thing was hilarious. Also she got embarrassed, that could be lethal for them but it was still cute. The xenos coming to the party's rescue was great. |

| The more we see Ryu's flashback in her Astrea Familia, the more I feel that her idea of "justice" to exact upon Evilus, every advice of hers is consistently ignored until their eventual demise. Bell and Ryu, renewed by the dead adventurers they've encountered for gear, faces the usual onslaught of monsters that has no end, and be it far from updating the map at every point for future awareness. But more so than ever, it's their relationship that grows not just physically, but a momentum of trust as a party, even if it meant drinking an old, molded potion. The Hestia Familia going through the 27th Floor, and both Bell and Ryu going through the 37th Floor's Great Rings, both sides are facing immense pressure from powerful monsters that just doesn't seem to end. Though finding a slime and then cooking it isn't what Bell would've hoped for, to almost have an indirect kiss with sharing the same bottle, Ryu's embarrassed to a degree. An unexpected ally in the form of the Xenos, and help has arrived. Survival of the fittest, just doesn't measure the immense severity of the Deep Floors. And within Ryu, a character change is coming. |

| Bro look I get the brutal part, the rescue part.. but this is no time to get flustered over indirect kisses. Like come on Ryu, life is already short don't waste a good part of it by following some uncalled troupes. |

| Ryu back then really had a somewhat naive view on what justice meant. Being able to map a floor though is a valuble skill indeed. Despite how dire their situation is Ryu's advice really is helpful to Bell. Gosh that health potion sure looked vile but Ryu was right in that survival is the priority. The shifts in POV between Bell, Lili and Tsubaki's party sure was balanced quite well here. The aftermath of the jug's slaughter really was ghastly. Body eating eels huh grim. The xenos sure made an excellent entrance as they rejoined the narrative. Looks like in all three cases the respective parties would be meeting their main bosses soon. Overall an excellent ep that balanced out the brutal combat with some nice expansion on Ryu and the deep floors. |

| I liked some of the lighthearted moments that Bell and Ryu shared during their scenes, you guys are in a desperate situation, now's not the time to be picky about your resources lol. The Bell rescue party got a lucky break with the Xenos coming to bail them out. How much will their luck persist, though, is the real question. |

| I would say Bell and Ryu need to get a room, but they have an entire dungeon floor and its filled with a bazillion things trying to kill them. Ominous vibes by Ryu at the end too!! |

| Drinking a slime’s body.. yea! Drinking off a cup that Bell’s lips touched.. no! “It should be safe to drink…. I think..” Lmao gotta love Ryu. Another really well paced episode that showcases the growing bond between Ryu and Bell. Ryu sees a lot of her younger idealistic self in Bell and that gives her some PTSD for what happened with her familia. Difference is my boy Bell is built different and will achieve that ideal future that Ryu couldn’t. Awesome to see the Xenos back as well! Desperately needed reinforcements for Hestia familia . Really liking the anime original stuff they’re doing to flesh out volume 14 as well. |

| Man, it's such a grind, love it. This season makes me want to go through the LN's. Everything continues to be a well-balanced saunter through those lower levels, with dramatic relief appearing in such good ways... the scavenged bombs/moldy elixir/potable slime/Xenos rescue and an approaching rescue party. The dark foreshadowing and relentless monsters keep pushing me back to the edge of my seat. Good stuff, maybe some of the best fantasy/adventure drama I can recall. |
| It's great seeing the Xenos come and save the party from that nightmare. Though explaining it to those not part of the Hestia familia will be difficult. The lighthearted moments between Ryu and Bell were a nice break from all that intense fighting for survival. |

| It just occurred to me in this episode this “White Palace” really reminds me of the album cover for Yes’ “Relayer” album which is pretty cool, and what a good episode this was, I liked it quite a bit more than the last. Ryu is absolutely rocking that jacket, she should keep it permanently after this arc if she doesn’t end up sacrificing herself like she’s thinking, and I’ve really been enjoying the duo of Ryu and Bell, Ryu really knows what to say to Bell in tough situations and they’re a good power combo so far. The scenes where Ryu made Bell drink gross stuff were good too, and I’m actually surprised an indirect kiss was enough to get Ryu flustered lol, there’s a good chance she’s fallen for him I think. And the main party is still having a very rough go of it, even with Welf’s crazy sword they got into a tight spot, which was a perfect place for the Xenos to save them, and I’m ngl I forgot about them lol, but love to see them again. And the rescue party is still trailing a bit behind, I wonder what their reactions to the Xenos will be if they eventually catch up. |

| The bond between Bell and Ryuu is only going to get stronger with the more time they spend together the more their gonna soften up for one another. They did put some scenes between them to lighten up the mood, with Bell drinking that old ass health potion and Ryuu blushing about almost having an indirect kiss with Bell. She was actually gonna drink that oze but stopped when he mentioned that his lips touched the flask lol. They also managed to find the inner side of the 3rd ring on the floor, now that they know where they are they can figure out which direction to head in, progress!! Now onto the rest of Bell's friends. They managed to make it down to the 27th floor and on their way to the last known whereabouts of Bell they came across some pretty horrific scenes of dead adventures left by the juggernaut. When they do finally reach the room where Bell fought the juggernaut all the dead bodies are gone. Why?, well the soon find out when a bunch of Voltimeria monsters arrive (which are like flying snake looking monsters). They keep killing them but even more keep appearing. It gets to a point where Welf has reached his breaking point and can't go on. When all seems lost however, guess who show up??? The Xenos do, which are friendly monsters which Bell and his friends saved and are hence very good friends with them. Fels sent them to help and they arrived just in time! At the end we see Ryuu reminiscing on a past conversion she had with a member of her past Familia Kaguya, where she now thinks about if she used to have the same ideals Bell has now when she was in her old Familia. In the current times she now agrees with Kaguya saying "You should be happy, Kaguya. It looks like I'm on your side now". An amazing episode once again, some more bonding between Bell and Ryuu (also are making progress in the dungeon), with Hestia's search party getting ever so closer to finding the Hestia Familia (both groups are on the same floor now), and with the appearance of the Xenos (there is two Xenos in particular that I wanna see appear tho, you Danmachi fans know which ones I'm talking about). There is alot that is gonna happen in the 2nd half of the season and I am gonna have a front row seat for all of it!! I may have written to much but eh whatever :) |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
| Another great episode, but why am i worried that Ryu might die in this season :/ Hope i am very wrong with this, but her whole familiar arc is very tragic, i mean they show us flashbacks in each episode so yeah, so it saddens me to think that she might be the next one and the last one of her familia. On the other hand, we have Bell, and this boy's XP boost makes miracles happen, so let's hope for it! Glad to see Xenos back in action and i assume the rescue party will meet them soon. |

| You can tell how similar Ryu sees her younger self within Bell as they both work their hardest to get out of the 37th floor. A nice little moment of them cooking up a drink from a slime and Bell using a potion does which offered an amusing and lighthearted moment in a floor that would lead inexperienced adventurers towards despair and death's door. While I wasn't really fond with the way Kaguya acted towards Ryu in the flashback, her words did have that effect of making Ryu understand reality that you have to be prepared for the worst. Now in this position in the deep floors, Ryu does finally see herself agreeing to Kaguya's words at last. However, I have a feeling that Bell will be proving her wrong here, so that Ryu won't have to make drastic measures. Here's hoping both walk out of here alive. Meanwhile, Welf was carrying the group through the 27th floor until they all got to the same place that Bell and Ryu battled against the Juggernaut from before. Sadly for them, they were ambushed by an annoying group of durable enemies that started to tire out everyone, including Welf and Aisha. Thankfully for them, the Xenos arrived to help out. Luck is on their side once more, which I'm glad to see. =) Overall, this was another solid episode. |

| Bell and Ryu spending more time in the lower floors of the dungeon. The funniest part is when Ryu forced Bell to drink a potion with mold in it and a slime monster. Ryu refusing to drink from same cup that touched Bell's lips was priceless. I really want to ship Bell x Ryu real bad. The Xenos came to the rescue of Bell's party after they got surrounded by monsters although that other party that was following them are not too far behind. |

| This Kaguya chick has been a pain since the moment she was presented. Lowkey glad she's not around anymore. OK episode, I guess. There was an odd Made in Abyss vibe with Bell tasting weird shit and making faces but all in all, it was nice to have a little glimpse of the lower floors' ecosystem. Seeing the Xenos again sure was a pleasant surprise, by the way. |

| Aisha let me down by not asking who was talking to her. My girl must think she's losing it. I totally forgot about the Xenos. I was looking for them early on when shit hit the fan in part 1. I thought the 4 females were gonna be bad asses and save everyone this episode. What floor were the Xenos supposed to be on? I thought it was 32. Bell fell past the Xenos? |
