| This is a beautiful episode. What a surprise! For a while I thought about how the time repeats could affect the people in Hinamizawa other than the club members, and here is the answer. I just didn't expect it to be Houjou Teppei first. Aside from his nightmares, his behavior change probably also because he saw a father having fun with his cute kid in the pachinko arcade. It genuinely touched me and made me cry. For the first time Satoko experienced the so called "miracle" that Rika always longs for. Satoko refusing Teppei's apology after remembering her past memories is understandable. She accused him of being selfish, but I'm sure he tried to do the right thing deep from his heart. Also Satoko trying to name the witch is so cute. I'm sure Rena would be like "Hauuuu, ka'aii, omochikaeri!!!" if she saw that. XD What is the name she accidentally chose? Eou, right? Or Oeu? I hope the experience Satoko had will inspire her and make her come to terms with Rika soon. |

| Only damm, this was much better than I thought it would be, definitely want more of this Teppei. Felt for the guy in the end. |

| Wow! Another twist to the story! I wasn't expecting him to appear again. I was mighty impressed after this episode was over. Well, anything that is erratic always has that effect on me. |
 She got him back. If you understand the characters well enough, you'd know she did! |
| Honestly, a fantastic episode. It still doesn't excuse the shit he's done to her but just seeing Teppei changing his behaviour because of some "bad dreams" is interesting. Not sure if she did this intentionally by looping but if only she could use her powers to establish better relationships with the people she knows like this episode instead of what her actual goal is. |

| what did I just watch? this series really trying to make abusive douches like teppei likeable meanwhile ruining good guys like akasaka in previous arcs...? no. nope. sorry not buying this shit. they're really backtracking on everything that kai was about and now I'm just failing to see the point of ruining a perfectly wholesome message with whatever all this mindless gore in gou is trying to say |

| Unexpected episode about Satoko's uncle, must be the first loop where he's actually reflecting on his actions. Wonder what's in store in the last episode though, seeing as there is a sequel with Sotsu. |

| So, loops are... sort of genetic? What? And Teppei is becoming a good person because of that? Would be nice to see a Kai ending but without the abuse Satoko went by. That'd be a way too perfect ending. |

| Interesting move trying to redeem a physical abuser. He is acting nice, fine. But I stg if Satoko gets over her trauma in 2 days I'm gonna lose it. Satoko looping is such a vibe killer, she's pretty much ruining everything Rika has suffered for and it sucks. She sucks. I wish this show actually played more with the fact that RIKA AND SATOKO SHOULD BE CLINICALLY LOONY RN. Rika maybe not as much, because she doesn't remember the circumstances leading up to her death. But didn't satoko just witness 100 years of murder? It also feels weird that neither Rika nor Satoko feel wary or upset around characters that have turned on them and murdered their friends and themselves. They have every right to be extremely wary and unsure around absolutely everyone. But they just aren't. They're chillin. For why? The psychological aspect is barely explored. I'm glad it's mentioning non-loopers remembering stuff, but this should have been addressed forever ago. Gou just could have been paced so much better and had so many more thought provoking moments it's frustrating. |
