| It's a fetish. I don't think it requires explanation. Some people like it, some people don't like it. Presumably it has something to do with people finding feeling of jealousy pleasurable. I'm not big fan of the genre, although I experimented with it, and I can say that a small subset of them can be interesting, if for nothing else, then to experience that feeling at least once. I haven't really found it very comfortable, however, so I tend to avoid them since then. Most of them can't even create that feeling to begin with, so for big fans there might be some other appeals other than that I suppose. One can also self-insert as NTRing guy, which has its own appeals, but again, I found that for me vanilla is best anyway. Both of these things seems to stem from low self-esteem, from what I can tell. It's just projected in different ways. And then there is 3rd option, which I do these days if I read NTR, that is to not self-insert at all. As you said, most of them have some really good art, so if I end up reading NTR it's because of that. As for why is that, I have no idea. Maybe that NTR authors are just more passionate about it than others. Either way, I can certainly see why some people would find it enjoyable, and I don't really get all the hate against the genre. Yes, for most people, including me, even after, and especially after trying it out, it's not very comfortable kind of porn to fap to. However I don't really see why antagonize it or attack people that like it. Everyone has that one questionable fetish, I'm sure.
