| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Time to venture into the Chinese Peninsula! Company 2's newbie soldier Takeru/Juggernaut definitely got the sweetest deal as his mom fetches him home, but not without some trouble. Sure, family troubles come first, but solving the Great Cataclysm is ultimate priority. Shinra and the others truly enjoying their journey playing with fire, but control is needed, and onto the way to search for the Preacher. AND FINALLY, the moment we've been waiting for: the weird creatures in the new land that are quite informant on Adolla Bursts, starting with a potato-stealing mole named Schop with a destination: Oasis, and the worm land that they need to navigate through like the toughest terrains. Nice tag team there, Shinra and Ogun! "The New Qingdao soldiers" as the weird creatures of the land refer them to, the land has more surprises in store, going through pre and post-Great Cataclysm times. Infernals are the stars of the land, huh. Turns out that Oasis is...Amaterasu...? The SAME Amaterasu created by Vulcan's ancestors, what a mystery surrounding more of the history of Adolla Bursts. And trying to negotiate with Infernal animals is less ideal, but steering clear of it isn't a one-hit wonder. Shinra's Adolla Link triggered to protect the forest...what's the true objective of the Tabernacle? What is going on with this strange land, its awakening mysteries and unkempt secrets are awaiting to be revealed. To protect the God of the Oasis from further catastrophe, it takes more than just one person to venture alone in this travesty. New arc starting off smoothly, Latom. |

| I’m so glad we finally get to see my boy Ogun animated. Love seeing badass black characters in anime. Have waited a while to see the Chinese peninsula adapted and so far not disappointed. Another great job by David production. Also, juggernaut’s mom is adorable. |

| Tamaki was able to say her prayers without the lucky lecher lure moment XD. Everyone getting high on the gas was funny. So there was an Amaterasu like thing in this peninsula. |

| the change of scenery does make for a different feel to the series. The world seems more...magical for the lack of the better word? The prospect of no Maki for the foreseeable future makes this otaku sad. |

| So.. we finally are in the Chinise Peninsule and it seems to be a really interesting arc. Lots of secrets await for our guys, with the amaterasu thing in first place... also the strange creatures of this land could have the key to find the answers.. Really good design (completely different to previous episodes Really interesting episode this time!! |
| XD it was hilarious to watch all of them going nuts and hell yeah the talking mole is finally here im the anime. I like his voice, it's hilarious enough and suits him. Woah they found Amaterasu or something alike in the middle of nowhere. Also Shinra had an adolla link with someone her in the forest too, the mystery intensifies. Anyway ya all get ready to know the secret of Amaterasu, you'll be shocked for sure. |

| I love this new introduction to the new arc. I'll do it every time I visit a new country! lol Help Shinra!! Why the flames from this pseudo-pilar (I dunno if is another pilar or what) are black when from the first pilar are red?, so many questions!! |

| Finally we're getting to see more of the world and a bit of mystery. Nothing outstanding so far, but this was an episode to my liking. And the Adolla Link at the end with the voice, was probably the blonde girl( sister look-alike) again. The black flames also suggest that she could be Amaterasu. |

| This is definitely a standout ep of the season! Looks like Amaterasu really might be the cause of the Great Cataclysm but seems there's more to it than anyone in the Tokyo Empire knows even though they're using as a source of energy! That scene where they high on the gas was hilarious but what was most funny is that Arthur didn't change at all haha Tamaki was cool this ep too. I don't usually like her but she was fleshed out by this ep since she wasn't just 'accidentally' nude the whole time! |

| Hmmm, I find this episode suspicious. There was no "lucky pervert" happening to Tamaki at all. I love all the face dynamics they went through from that gas though, that was fantastic. XD |

| lmao the first half was good, what ever was in the air definitely seems to have some serious knock on effects, but honestly won't lie, it reminded me of some freak school trip with a bunch of kids with fucking psychic fire abilities and Viktor having to play the teacher by being the only sane one, trying to make sure the kids don't under up igniting one another. Honestly this episode did feel very fever dream-ish, the talking animals had me pretty shocked i won't lie, but i wouldn't be surprised if it was because of some radiation leak in certain areas that was also spread by the cataclysm years ago, which is so i really hope it wasn't in the gas, cus the gang breathed so much in i'm sure a third arm is bond to pop out soon. The change of scenery was also interesting, went from the very dark orange desert landscape, to a literal sea of internals that have been wondering around for hundreds of years, definitely was a spooky site but thinking about how bad the numbers must be in more populated parts of the world like the U.S or Europe is definitely something else. The change from the desert to sudden more green forest scenery was nice, the appearance of another Amaterasu definitely thickens the plot even more with why something like it exists here and who could of made this one. |

Ogun is actually a Yoruba Deity (God of Metal Workings). Seeing dat guy use the "Yoruba" tag for his attacks just made me feel Complete!! Definitely a 5/5 for me. I understand how you felt, I know the Yoruba culture and Ogun is the first character to represent something from the African culture that I saw. |

| I enjoyed that episode it was honestly a pretty funny episode. Takeru speaking genuinely in his own dialect with his parent's was nice it made me like him more. And them fucking tripping on gas was hilarious, Tamaki was also adorable and cool and not naked this episode which is nice that lucky lecher gag should only be used in moderation. What the hell was that talking to Shinra though, based on the preview it's the cloaked woman but, who that? |

| Praise the Lord! Tamaki didn't lose her clothes and managed to complete her pray. She was also rather adorable while eating that marshmallow, by the way. Okay so leaving the usual awkward comedy aside, I found this episode rather interesting in terms of world-building and stuff. Curious to know the story behind this new Amaterasu/Tabernacle edification and it seems Shinra will go through another Adolla Link hallucination next week. Time for a new Hashira to show up? Overall, promising start for this new arc so far. |

| The journey to the West of China. Its feels pretty interesting, not only about their mainland that looks very barren. But, it hide more mysterious thing than i've imagined before. Yes, the storyline got wild so fast into something ridiculous. The mutated worm, that got so huge. The usual animal that could speak. A flame dogs. Tiny Amaterasu. So everything just got contaminated by the Adolla Burst on that area. Shinra's even got linked via Adolla Link. Sounds good. It seems pretty logic, like a radiation from the nuclear site that got leaked, or like a nuclear bomb and its effect. The effect of it, showed pretty clear in the eyes of talking mole. Was you all thought the idea felt pretty good and unique? So far, for me, the idea felt pretty genuinely nice and connected much with the basic of flames calamity. Like it or not, i may take the explanations as an okay attempt, at least for now! Out of topic first, as they just visited China, another country far away from the Empire, they decided to use a different dialect. Idk if that was really necessary. Since the language really not served as my most attention. However, i found Noto's parents dialect sounds pretty amusing, and i could get used of it! Even teams reaction when arrived in the first time looked so hilarious. This is Shinra's and his friends. Ofc that shit may happen to satisfied myself with their banter, before serious matter reached them soon. Unfortunately, Tamaki somehow, done a less 'usual funny' moment. Oh, well, thank you very much! Since everything just got revealed, the origin of Adolla Burst, slowly but sure, gonna be reached. Maybe they would meet another pillar. Idk with the plot so far. But, depending on the opening, and the ending theme of song, the chance really open for that situations. So, first of all, lets just continued this Oasis arc first to letting Shinra's together with his friend to clear that area, and found more information about Adolla Burst! |

| The joy of reaching a new continent huh amusing. The gas sure served to give some interesting reactions to the team with Tamaki's being the cutest. Avalon sure has some unique fauna in the form of the mole men and crows that can talk. Still nice to finally see Ogun's ability. The amount of inferno's that Shinra and Ogun saw sure was large. Without any one destroying them there must thousands on the continent. To think that they will find a mini Amaterasu in Avalon though. Overall an excellent ep that managed to give a strong start to this new arc. Quite curious to see what this new arc will bring to the lore as well as seeing how Shinra and team will handle things outside of the empire. |

| Funny but also interesting episode : the first part of our young firefighters was more like the comedy with soil-eating boys, whole squad being high and even talking animals. Then the second part came with some interesting information about the whole story : the preview made me curious to discover who's the mysterious woman who seemed to whisper things to Shinra |

| Really liking the China arc so far. The big mystery is the Tabernacle structure there and it’s connection to Amaterasu and the Empire. There is definitely more than meets the eye. And damn all those Infernals, to think they were people at the pinnacle of Human civilization 200 years ago. |

| I just want to ask everyone. Have I missed some piece of lore somewhere? Do the priestess actually do anything other than saying some random words or the infernals will not die if the prayer is not spoken in the vicinity? Sometimes it seems like they are only doing it for some formality. And sometimes they are only there to have some continuous source of Ecchi moments. Are they useless lore wise or have I missed something. |
