| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- AbemaTV streamed it today and uh, it's pretty meh imo. I can hardly take the main guy seriously while Yutoria has that energetic personality of hers. Only redeemable part of the show is some of the creative elements. Looks like Minato is taking on the president role not just for his own sake. They got the characters together already in the first episode and threw in a comedic ending beacuse why not. |

| I'm waiting for the official debut before watching, although I was pleased that they actually got Keroro's VA to voice the "mysterious" creature inside Makoto's backpack. Too bad they animated his eyes way too much rather than keeping them round like in the game's artwork. |

| Muse Asia airing this too. Same studio as hitoribocchi, so animation and art looks decent. So, they using "company" term instead "party" like another RPG isekai anime. |

| Quite average and generic start, let's give it the 3 episodes rule. But for most of this episode I was asking myself how they isekai Hatsune Miku to that fantasy world? It's not like she could meet with truck-kun on her way to a concert(?) |

| Wow, I loved it. Surprised to see such negative comments. Easy going plot. Great color and character styles. Nice VA’s. Even some hidden ecchi. This might be one of my top three this season. |
| i was devoid of any enjoyment watching this and the terminology used made me confused to if this was actually a fantasy or a isekai didn't help that the MC that's old enough to drink looks like hes wearing a school uniform while everyone else is in random fantasy outfits it started to make sense once i realized this was based off a mobile game. fuck and i really like the Oreimo char designs only reason i checked this out i'm a huge sucker for shows that have it but turns out most of them are kinda crap funny was thinking at the time doing a rpg were you run a company sim wouldn't be that bad of idea for a game not so much for a anime |

| Well, I watched it now. I like the art style and details they had in the background at times (note that a lot of the background is actually readable), but the introduction was pretty average and the mission was handled in a pretty clumsy way, with the monster just standing still to let the group plan. Still, I will be following it. |

| Seems like a relaxed storyline that doesn't try to take itself too seriously; this should be good, it fits right in with the themes of this season. |

| That was plain horrible. If not for the graphic art, which looks clean enough, and the animation and dubbing, both being not formidable, the scenario is trash. Same old thing, served the same appalling way. The worst of all? The fanservice that went in the character design. It truly tells what it does, that the main goal to seek from this show is some fantasy fulfilment. Like, I hadn't expectations, but the twist of seeing a company at work is still something relatively fresh in the medium. If anything, I hope for this aspect to innovate and surprise. |

| Oh, Thankfully Muse is subbing it. They did great job with Bofuri, so I'll stick with them. It wasn't nearly as bad as some people above said. It looks like fantasy series focused on slice of life, which is fine by me. It was enjoyable, unlike most usual fantasy series. I like the character design. Akari is cute. |

| This was an okay first episode thou this was pretty relaxing and funny. The visuals were great and I like the character designs. All the girls were cute. Also lol poor guy, nobody cared about anything he said. |

| It was a chill and relaxing episode. I liked it. Similar to the one with the girl who wanted average abilities, but with better animation and character designs. I don't understand the hate and the low score, so far it's a good show. |

| What in the hell was that. I was ready to go to sleep 5 minutes into the episode. That had to be the most boring shit this year and I thought the winter season had some pretty weak shit going on for it. |
| It looks fine visually, nothing in it was actively bad or anything, but it just felt like literally zero effort was put into making it an interesting plot or putting good human emotions into it. This first episode made me feel nothing. It was just an average fantasy battle with an average cast that didn't try to do anything more. So, I'm saying dislike, but not because there was anything I actively disliked, mostly just because of the overall lack of effort to make it anything but generic. I much prefer when a studio tries and fails to when they don't try at all. This felt like the story meeting was "eh, whatever, it's a mobile game adaptation, who cares? Just go through the plot beats we have to and get it over with." |

| It is not super bad. But I had expected something different. I think the description I read was a bit different than the one now at MAL. Feels weird with the fantasy world that uses modern japanese terms (NEET) and the adventure company stuff. Generic and a game would be more fun here. (I guess it seems l ike a game adaption - tagged as game on MAL. Recetter - the item shop game - is more interesting though than this anime.) Dropped. |

I will be glad. :) The Guide is . https://cdn.wiki.dengekionline.com/theme/dengekionline/shachibato/images/sup_mem/203180140.jpg?1573548260 Backpack (and Makoto himself to a lesser extent) is just a big reference to the Sgt.Frog/Keroro Gunsou series, with the creature inside the backpack talking exactly like Keroro (and in the game having big round eyes like him, the anime made his eyes very expressive but on the other hand outright gave it Keroro's voice) and the SSR version of Makoto wears armor with the emblems of the other 4 main frogs from Keroro Gunsou (Makoto himself resembles Fuyuki, a Keroro character, personality-wise and design-wise, with a similar shape for his bangs and being interested in UMAs, although the anime seemed to be overlooking the later in the first episode). Keroro being carried or hiding in a backpack also happens a few times in Keroro itself.  At least up to what I know they never really go and reveal the backpack's identity officially though. It didn't even have voiced dialogue before the anime since it's not an actual character you can get, just part of some of Makoto's scenes. However, the game has only existed for a few months (and service had stopped for a while), and they're releasing anime tie-in characters now, so it's possible they will actually do something with the backpack. |

| Wait.. this was a game adaptation? did not see that one coming, is the staff doing this the one from A-1 but working in C2C? cause the art design looks a hell of a lot like OreImo/ero-manga sensei's. Anyways ep was... ok? nothing worthwhile to be noted as of yet but since I like the Seiyuu Ichinose Kana I will be sticking with this, plus their character designs look nice, Ichinose Kana's Chara has thick thighs! big plus! |

| Instead of Isekai LNs, now Isekai GAMES are the rage of anime adaptation "controls". Try hard, all that may come: generic settings and the like. This was fun...to the bare minimum. Even remembering similar game adaptations to this (e.g. Last Period) makes me fondle how I've watched better ones than this. And for a first episode, it barely tried to make ANYTHING enjoyable, even at decent moments. Didn't have expectations in the first place, and definitely all that waned off here. 3-episode rule in effect. |

| Out of all other Game anime... this felt like the weakest one... Probably cause most of us was expecting actual Adventures/ RPG... instead we got some sort of Business anime. TBH, I never heard of this game before... while I heard/ know/ tried the other airing game anime before the anime was announced. (so I have no idea what kind of game this anime actually is) |

(so I have no idea what kind of game this anime actually is) It's an SRPG (like Final Fantasy Tactics) but with Gacha characters where you go with a small party to deeper and deeper dungeons. This is actually a very loose adaptation though. The basic premise is the same, but the whole way the story flows after the beginning of the first episode is anime original (Makoto and Akari are just gacha characters for example, not part of the main plot, and yet most of the 2nd and 3rd were built around Akari and another Gacha character related to her). They even gave the main character an original anime-only design probably to indicate how it's not really following the game's story. Although the cast in the game's story is very small and it'd likely need to be very action heavy, which is probably why they took this direction. |
