| Awesome episode, the two last were very good. The first part with the testimonies was touching, Takizawa's testimony in particular. He is so young ... Hope he will survive. The Owl is still incredible, I am looking forward to see Kaneki in this fight. |
| The paper airplane scene was just awesome. I wish this series was not as hated as it is. So far it's proven to be an extremely interesting take on psychologically complex characters. It's much darker than people may think. (And I read the manga) And the episodes to come seem to be pretty ominous. |

| Lol, 8 minutes in and the OP starts playing. Amon should have just accepted Akira. So CCG attacks Anteiku, but Devil Ape, Black Dog, and Owl are defending it. Seems like Touka and Kaneki want a piece of the action. Hopefully, none of them dies. |

| Great episode! Lots of intense moments! Seems both sides are ready to die at any time. CCG seems to be putting their own death letters in case they get killed in the raid. Nice to see Mado and her wife Kasuka. Wow Akira seems to be interested to Amon :O Enji and Irimi seems to have their own gang and was rectify by Yoshimura to settle their differences. Poor Touka-chan. It seems she's experience the same things Kaneki did in the past. Tsukiyama seems to really be infatuated to Kaneki too much! I'm glad, with Kaneki's new power and experience. He'll finally be able to do something instead of crying and doing nothing at the end. Why do i get the feeling Enji and Irimi and Yoshimura will all die here and Touka and Kaneki will witness it. Can't wait for the next episode! Last 3 episodes T___T I want more Tokyo Ghoul!!! |

| Less-than-expected occurred this time, but when I look at the episode count I guess that this is actually leading to the end instead of being a pre-final arc(zannen). Touka going felt bad. Not because of not following the manga, but it's just a really bad decision of hers. Tsukiyama was hilarious and when I read spoilers about his relationship with Kaneki, this turns out to be actually even more hilarious: GreenBenjamin said: What's funny is how kaneki look tired of Tsukiyama's shit. |

| Damn, Seido's testamentary "I don't want to die", really sent the idea that this battle is suicide on both sides. Heh, all of Koma's blabbering about being a devil ape is finally being backed up. What a guy. I'm a bit confused about the manager though. So is he actually Owl or is his son also Owl? Tsukiyama...a real pedophile bro to the end, all of those tears streaming out of him. Can't help but respect him for his obsession. The ending was really emotional, I get the feeling this battle won't end well for anyone involved. |

| damn... what a dark and depressing episode. This is a flawless adaption of the manga events it is adapting; I felt it even harder here than I did in the manga for sure. This episode really made me realize the depth these scenes had in the manga but didn't really connect with me due to the disadvantages of the medium I guess. Arggghhhhh, Kaneki's absence up to this point makes his appearance now just weird, though. For manga readers, it's almost better just to pretend this isn't an AU and the scenes involving Kaneki simply weren't adapted. I imagine anime only people are probably more confused than anything at this episode. |

Hashimura showing his transformation, actually thought that was the One Eyed Owl appearance, guess we've still not seen the actual One Eyed Owl then. Devil Ape and Black Dog and their crew making a great appearance aswell, quite a big following they both have. |
