| hahaha, great episode. I enjoyed it. Don't see why so many people are bitching about the CGI. Maybe yall just expect too much for something that most of you are getting for free anyways. Also in my opinion the CGI does not bother me one bit; the story and characters are what I'm more interested in. |
| Fucking Madhouse, they used their budget on other shitty titles and butchered the best scene out of the whole novel madly with with this painfull-to-watch CGI. I want to cry now. |
| Well it was alright I guess? I mean the CGI looked horrible and the "splat" everyone was talking about for weeks was disappointing but at least we didn't see any irrelevant characters doing irrelevant things. Still nothing that would make me raise my score and I doubt the last episode will do so. They should've stopped after season 1. |
| So one more to go, if Ainz ( and it looks like he will) wins that this would have been another boring sequel. |

CGI was horrible Everyone was looking forward to that one scene, told me to wait and accept the shitty CGI of the last episodes ("Believe us, it's only to save Money for that scene!") ... but damn. Madhouse blew it. I srsly want Overlord S4, but not with that animation.. BTW...the goat-Sound was somehow unfitting? I mean the Sound itself...sounded like it's a sample you get for free if you search for Soundeffects on Google Was the budget too low? I seriously hope they are going to fix it(Animation/CGI) for the BluRay-Release.. Story/Plot of the Episode was amazing, the End too What a foolish Guy would request a Duel with Ainz?! |

| This was ... just shoddy. To do these scenes justice, you'd have to employ some Akiyuki Shinbou's signature weirdness (which was an art style developed specifically because it's cheap, but would be perfect for a scene like this). No one of her new "masters" left to command her. |

| Episode was disappointing in terms of splat, but I still thought it was an alright episode. Gazef looks badass in his armor, and I totally can't wait for his fate next week. All I know is that it just might not be pretty. |

And to clarify, Ainz is not activly searchinf for the ones who controlled Shalltear, he just takes precautions in case it hapens again; but that dosent mean he will not kill the ones who did it if he finds out. |
| Madhouse disappointed me with this episode, those monster sheep's could of been an epic, but we got stuck with cheap cgi.... why even adapt this series at all? Just save the budget and release later in the season. I'm just glad they aren't doing One_punchman anymore. :) |

| I was so waiting for full blown CGI in this war, but never thought it would be this fucking horrible... the soldiers look like scattered playmobil lol and the goats were... like... ah I can't even come up with an adjective that can capture that shit. Ironic that the visuals showed the goats in 2D animation, they can't even deliver what they promise |
| Im always so confused of what to think about Overlord. The show has always been about Ainz being a ridiculously overpowered literal god-tier badass. This episode alone VERY quickly took the crown of being the #1 "one-sided beatdown / slaughterfest." This episode makes Hellsing Ultimate look wimpier than a pre-school girl. Yeah, we all knew the battle was going to be a massacre, but goddamn, they were still able to display it in an awesome and shocking manner. The whole kingdoms army shat themselves the instant they saw Ainz's aura. BUT THEN ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE SAME COIN, this is legitimately by far the worst 3D CGI animation my eyeballs have ever witnessed. This makes Berserk 2016 look like a fuckin animated masterpiece in comparison, its that bad. Im not even a "CGI hater." Im able to enjoy stuff like Knights of Sidonia without being bothered by the animation. But this past season of Overlord has been gut-wretchingly ugly. On of the few times I ever experience "so bad its funny." |

One that kills 70000 human soldiers just for the mother of darkness to release 5 giant tentacle mouth monster thing. Those tentacle mouth things are literally creatures of nightmares! Seeing it alone is enough to make those soldiers run shitless. And fighting them is quite impossible. This will surely make those human consider who's the greatest danger (in this case, it's Ainz) and as the Emperor hoped and as Demiurge predicted, the humans will combine to fight against Nazarick rather than each other. How will the plan go from then on... Gazef: Oh no those creatures are impossible to kill what should I do?! Oh alright! Let's fight the guy who summons them instead! |

Humans fight if they have a CHANCE to prevail. After what Ainz showed, no they don't. The only ones who MIGHT are the theocracy. THe Kingdom is literally broken in this battle. The Holy Kingdom have to contend with constant Beastmen raids on their border walls so they're not gonna do anything even if they'd want to. You need to understand that unlike most fantasy settings, humanity is really not the top dog in any shape or form. |

Gazef The theocracy is lucky Ainz doesn't know they're the ones behind what happened to Shaltear. If that info reached his ears they would be wiped off the face of the world with ease. |
