| Im hooked. I did not expect this to be so catchy. Underneath the yuri I expect some nice character developement and interactions. This atleast seems like its not fanservice yuri,but actual plot. Nice. Also while its a common seting, I dont know when was the last time I watched an anime with these bizarre family settings - the fuck where you marry someone when your kids dont even know them? Like, was that speed dating or what? Also, sure you inherit the school. Thats how the educational system works. Ahh it has been to long. when people insta-hate yuri and yaoi I wonder if they are just homophobic. PS: I hope we wont see her with all that make-up so fast again, it always sticks out to much in anime and after hajimete no gal it gives me a bad aftertaste of trash |

Gotta say I was keeping my expectations low to avoid disappointment, but after this episode, I m H.Y.P.E.D! I love the production values, OP is decent, lovely ED with manga art, the art of the anime is great too, doesnt feel cheap, and while I dont know if they are adapting every scene faithfully, they are nailing the most important of all! The yuri scenes, the kisses, the teases, they are DAMM HOT! Intense, maybe even more intense than in the manga, I was expecting them to fail at this aspect, but this is an adaptation that knows how to pick an intense manga scene, and bring it to life, beyond your wildest imagination, even extending these with some precious extra seconds!!! It is too soon to be certain, and but if they can keep these values and quality constant enough, I will imagine myself rewatch each episode quite some times in anticipation to the next, something I never did, and I absolutly fail at seeing airing shows. It is impressive, some of the finest animated yuri, and there is still alot more of powerblows to come. IF I was a girl, I would be turning 100% gay right now! | Being a huge fan of the manga my expectations are VERY high. I came out in the middle. I think its going to take a few episodes to see how it will pan out. A little disappointed with the art which felt a little bit low quality,.... but with how absolutely amazing the manga's art is, i doubt id ever be satisfied but they nailed the characters very well! Still excited to see where it goes |

| I don't know what this is adapted from so I can't really say much, I saw it an' I thought "let's watch it" It's nice to hear from nano.RIPE again after shokugeki no souma, they're so good (even if I've already forgotten their shokugeki no souma song). A bit intense, didn't do anything to make me a fan of Yuri anime, it seems more like a fleeting whim that's just gonna come and go, in the end with no real relationship... So hopefully they calm down and make it seem more like an actual relationship will develop. This is also the first explicitly Yuri anime I've watched -thought I should expand my range after being introduced to boku no pico (my life will never be the same, and not in any good way😭) 😂😂 |

| The art is just amazing. The story goes a bit too fast, but hey it's the first episode so they have to atleast lay the ground first for the story. And my god, that final kissing scene was intense. |

But to clarify, the 'hot' kisses are kinda far if not wrong, this is not the regular 'yuri' this is a yuri where the relationship of the characters do have development and are not just 'horny content'. |

| Gyaru girl is cute. ...that's about the only good thing I can say about this one so far. Same shit as usual. It's just near impossible to have a yuri relationship without one of the girls being a sexual predator, or forcing themselves on the other girl in some manner. Why? And if we don't get that, it's either fluff(like Sakura Trick) or yuri baiting(IT'S JUST A PHASE YO!). Rare are the exceptions like Aoi Hana. |

I'd argue Yuzu was interested before the kiss (the bathtub scene for example) also the point isn't that 'she could just kick her' the point is that Yuzu didn't ask to be kissed and was quite obviously uncomfortable/struggling |

… this is a typical shōjo high school. Just a smutty one, although they're not often adapted into anime. So for an anime it's maybe not "typical" indeed. But you have a lot of yaoi anime like that at least. If it wasn't yuri, I'm pretty sure that this anime would have been far less popular/hyped and else since it would have been a typical shōjo. (but I could be wrong, since smutty shōjo are rarely adapted into anime) |

| People praise the artwork in the manga, but I prefer Mei's design in the anime. I liked her low-key smug attitude in this scene for example Also, her voice is much cuter than I expected. Is it possible that I will actually like Mei this time? Yuzu is still best girl in the anime. |

| With reasonable expectations going in I can't see how any manga fan would be disappointed. They've done a great job on the artwork. Yuzu's voice is weird though, I imagined it to be higher pitched. As for Mei, her VA is acceptable just not as cold as I'd expected. The washboard chest scene was the highlight of this episode xD Also, this shot is totally memeworthy:  EDIT: Also, I find it a bit disturbing that a good few people found the rapey kiss scene at the end "hot". The way it was directed was meant to make people feel uncomfortable, but holy heck, the yuri fan base.. |
