They're all animated. You watched a fansub release which complied the specials into 1 episode per DVD volume they were on. Instead of having them as individual episodes. So your first episode is 5:10 minutes long because the release you watched put the real episode 1 and 2 together just because they were released on the same disc. Did you not notice the title cards between segments that has the episode numbers? Here's the real episode 4 which should be part-way through your "second is (4:25 minutes)". |

Most of those titles are so obscure, even within Gundam community, that they don't even have entries in MAL's database (One of Seventy Two is an example of one that does, Stand at Jaburo is a notable example of one that doesn't). "Mobile Suit Gundam-san (Movie)" is one of those; series of shorts made in the same manner as Mobile Suit Gundam-san, "Bouya Dakara sa" is only the title of the first episode. They were projected to visitors via a giant screen on the wall of a building so Movie is the type that suits them best. We only know that there are ten of them because Japanese Wikipedia lists titles and airing dates, but some visitors recorded some of them and uploaded online. I personally confirmed the existence of four episodes by watching bootlegs, so there's no reason to distrust JapWiki about the other six. When all "Gundam-san"-related anime was collectively released on Blu-Ray, "Mobile Suit Gundam-san (Movie)" was one of two exceptions that didn't make it there, probably because they're still exclusives.
