So you guys think that there is no reason that they put endless eight references here?  Also, that was that thing in the last 3 seconds? That thing/someone (maybe) that moved horizontally very fast.  |

| The karaoke scene with Kyon was funny as hell. I think the fan-service could've been slightly more undertoned but otherwise another soft-hearted and fun episode. 4/5 |

| Meh... this was superboring. Nothing than fanservice in this episode and bad one no less. They could do tons of interesting scenes to develop characters further, make them bond together (that's real purpose of those episodes) yet they pulled something that wasn't even interesting to watch and served no purpose. Such a shame. |

| Cute episode, narratively does not happen very much, because it is a SOL, although I was hoping for something more. Drawings and animations better than usual, the Satelight has finally committed more, I'm pretty satisfied. The same applies to the entire episode, some pleasant moments, the authors were also able to make me hungry. LOL ! |

| As others have said, typical hot springs episode. There were a few funny parts, like Koizumi randomly being in a bath. But, why was the Karaoke screen in the bathroom? Seems strange to me. Endless Eight references weren't really anything special, maybe it's a line from the manga though. The fanservice felt unnecessary in this series in my opinion. Mikuru's singing was cute, reminiscent of Miracle Mikuru. |

| I will admit, Kyon's karaoke scene is the first time in a long time I actually laughed while watching an anime. That was absolutely priceless. There's a bunch of people complaining about the fanservice, but it should be expected with a hot springs episode. |

Otherwise, this episode was a bit on the fanservice side of things, as expected of the hot springs episode in anime. It's quite a chill anime. I was surprised by the return of the Esper Agency members, Arakawa being the taxi driver being the most obvious reference (in the novels, he's also Itsuki's personal taxi driver but I don't think the anime states that), and the food he presented felt like a bit like an advertisement for the local area, lol. My favourite parts are definitely whenever Kyon enjoys peace... and then Haruhi appears. They're funny every time, haha. And as said before, the way the characters interact is just like the original Haruhi - like Kyon thoroughly supporting Mikuru's karaoke, although... Itsuki... may be slightly different in more ways than another. Fair enough, if there's fanservice for the male audience, lol |
| Knew something was up when Kyon mentioned that he thought he'd met one of the servants at the inn before. Turns out it was Arakawa and the maid from the original series, Koizumi's "friends" on the island! When everyone left just as Kyon was about to start singing was lol "Niagara Atlantic Serve!" That ping pong bit was hilarious, especially the semi-finals! |

| The kyon singing scene was actually pretty funny lol. so far i like the comedy best in this series, the romantic aspect of it is just too cringey for me tho curious where it's headed next, rn it's sort of meandering about nothing |

| Lmao. Kyon looked so dumb on the karaoke part. But his moment with Yuki at an open-air matchmaking bath was so relaxing. Gladly there were a peoples that disturbed their nice moment. Well, as expected! The rest was okay. They were having fun, playing pingpong, Asahina voices, via her VA was smooth. Yuki looked so adorable without an eyeglasses. Koizumi looked so intimated to Kyon, his interaction with Kyon at the bath really hilarious. And Haruhi? Well, she kept hyperactive until the end of the episode! Its a pretty decent cliche episode, if you ask me. But i am surely enjoying this little episode xd. |

| For those of you that watched the dub, did anyone else notice Asakura’s voice change? She did not sound like Bridget Hoffman at all yet she’s still credited at the end. She sounded more like Bryn Apprill to me... just throwing it out there. And it’s definitely Hoffman in the following episode. Not sure; I’ve watched the series three times now and never noticed it until this past viewing. Lastly, YUKI IS SO FREAKING ADORABLE!!! :) |
| This episode was quite hilarious. Koizumi is totally gay for Kyon, lol. If I were Kyon, I'd just lay back, and let Koizumi have his way. :P Also, we got a feast of cleavage with shiny circles, which is always nice. The karaoke bit with Kyon made me laugh out loud. |

| best episode of the series by far in my opinion. The onsen fanservice was pretty nice and I love all the character interactions and the laid back feeling that the episode had. It was super fun 5/5 |
