Unless you mean the VN? Not sure if does the whole episode things.

But VN'S are video games. I know it, because we learned about that in uni (Visual novel is a genre of videogames).

Yh I was just trying to figure out if you were talking about the anime or the VN thats all.

Technically beat it this afternoon: MH4U. 208 hours in. I got the Rank 10 Story Quests available now but I got the credits so I assume they think I'm done. Really though I still have to finish G3 in Multi, but after that and getting to HR110 (at 104 rn) I'm pretty much done. Not sure I wanna go for 100% completion with this one. I've done all the quests up until now and I'm still sitting at 38% progress for the achievements, so a lot of them seem like just menial chores.

Thank fucking god. I've been playing Monster Hunter for the last 5 or 6 months straight (Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate was funner) and I can't wait to finally be fucking done with this game.

4/10 not worth the hype. I'm not sure why the hell people say this game is so good, it's pretty fucking terrible in some spots. Lots of quality errors.

Beat Dark Souls II, for the third time. Most recent run was a no-bonfire run...that was interesting.

As for the game, I suppose I'd rate it 8/10. I really enjoyed Demon's Souls and Dark Souls, but Dark Souls II just has a lot of cheap things in it in and less attention to detail. A lot of the collision boxes on both players and enemies are way off, which makes a big difference in a game which has strict punishments for missteps. PvP is practically a joke with how many times you'll die from players slashing about 10 feet away from where your position actually is, or teleporting behind you for a backstab. Lag is an advantage as opposed to a disadvantage in PvP.

Kingdom Hearts 2.5

With the new Critical mode, all of the additional boss battles (hard as hell on Critical), and the new features, I'm bumping my rating up to a 10/10, (100%). The main problem with KH2 was the difficulty. It was just way too easy, aside from Sephiroth's battle. Next, I plan on doing the Level 1 challenge where you turn experience off (another new feature in KH2.5). The replay value has went way up from the original. I haven't even played Birth by Sleep yet. I've been too immersed in KH2. My only real complaint is that horrible "Finny-Fun" song in Atlantis. So, so bad. I cringe every time I have to play that sequence. The other original songs are terrible as well. Why not just gives us actual songs from the movie? Would have loved to hear "Poor Unfortunate Souls."

Kingdom Hearts 2.5 ReMIX - 9/10

Mostly because of nostalgia, but I'd say the only major flaw about it is the gameplay. Except for some secret bosses, it's too friggin' easy, and that "smash X" battle system really sucks. I barely could move my thumb after the 1000 Heartless Battle -_-
But apart of that, the game is amazing. Story is wonderful, characters are memorable (specially Organization XIII), music fitted perfectly with the game and the Final Mix content was pretty good, specially the Roxas boss fight. I'm glad it isn't a cutscene anymore.

Also, The World That Never Was is pretty much my favourite final stage of any game.

Dust: An Elysian Tail (PS4) - 9/10

Finished this like a month or two ago, but a really solid game. The fact that it was drawn, animated and written by one lone developer never seizes to amaze me. Great storyline and really nice gameplay as well. Only complaint is that boss battles were way too easy, but overall, this game took me by surprise with how quality it was.
Personally, I hated it for that fairy furry piece of shit thing and it's squeky voice.

Final Fantasy XIII - 8.5/10 . I played it with relatively lower expectations after reading so many negative reviews. But I enjoyed playing, and I was able to rake in ~60 hours after finishing the game, which I'm a bit surprised about myself since these days I have a hard time finishing a game (tend to stop halfway through).

Good to find someone else who knows and loves Dark Cloud. It deserves much more popularity.
Have you played 2?
Yeah I have, I love all of the improvements that DC2 makes and I particularly found the story to be extremely compelling and memorable (every event was so fresh in my mind even playing it 8 years later). I'm going to be replaying that this summer. Although with that said, I do prefer the first Dark Cloud more, it has a certain charm about it. The music in both is godly though.

Can I join? I loved the first Dark Cloud, I spent more than 100h on it. It was my first Ps2 game. And yeah, the second Dark Cloud is even better.
My average file usually lasts 70+ hours on Dark Cloud and I'm planning to play it yearly now. This was the first time I ever built up ultimate weapons for all 6 characters and it was so intense.

I saw Alan Wake get mentioned. Love that game so much, can't wait to play it next week and get my thoughts down on it (it's become a tradition to play it every May).

Dying Light - 8/10
Since I'm a big fan of Zombie Games/Movies I really enjoyed the Game had an okay Story coulda been better lots of sidequests and other stuff, the night freaked me out at first but you can become pretty op in the beginning so it takes the scary part out of the night really fast. the Co-op with other players is funny if you just keep doing stupid stuff with 'em, or finish some sidestories with them.

play Bioshock Infinite in my opinion its even better than 1 even though both are 10/10 for me

Bioshock 2 is pretty medicore compared to them
It was made by a different studio and has a relatively lackluster story

pretty good and better than DA2 but nowhere near as great as Origins

What did you like about it? Not trying to bash your opinion but I thought it was incredibly boring and very overrated. I've played all three of them and as mundane as DA2 was I actually preferred it over Inquisition. Which surprised me, since I really hated what they did in DA2 and I liked DA:Origins.

Assassin creed 3.

Story was Ok.

Movement were a bit frustrating especially with rock climbing and tree humping.

had bugs especially with the horse sprinting,it would climb a tree half way and then go cold feet on me and stay there for the rest of it's time plus you couldn't get off it.

but it was still an assassin creed so i enjoyed it overall.

7/10 it was fine,just fine.

Gears of War 3: 8.5/10

As soon as I started combat in this game, I knew I was going to enjoy it more than GoW 2. Excellent visuals, good narrative, and overall a very solid game.

Though there isn't much difference controls and mechanics-wise for the past 3 games, so at some point you need to change a few things up and add some variety, otherwise it gets a little stale.

Well campaign wise I recently did a replay of Starcraft 2: Heart of the Swarm and since I'm an starcraft fanboy I'd rate it 10/10. But if we're talking first time play through my most recent was Before the Echo 9/10, nice game but 9/10 becaus chances on later battles were ridiculous ( I might just be unlucky). But if were jsut speaking most recent game played then CS:GO 11/10 - IGN, but seriously though I've dumped way too many money on smurfs and skins on that game, I have like 11 account and summer steam sale starts tomorrow... RIP my wallet

I replayed one of my old favorites on PS2 but on a more powerful system, I give this version a: 9/10

+A whole new character with a dungeon
+A new set of skills
+More difficulty modes
+Added more story and character development to existing characters
+Teddies quiz game

-Small screen
-New skills are OP on all but an end boss
-Margret's requests are still a pain to do

Bloodborne easily a 10/10.

An extremely satisfying experience that perfectly scratched the itch that Dark Souls 2 left for me. I prefer the faster pace and no blocking style in Bloodborne to be completely honest, though 10/10 would still go back and play the Souls games.

Dark Souls II: 10/10

People say Dark Souls II is bad in comparison to the other Soul games but because it was my first experience within the genre I enjoyed it a lot. I played it on pc as well and I think it worked just fine after some adjustments with the settings and keybindings. I'm now looking forward to Dark Souls III and I will eventually try out Dark Souls I.

9.5/10

Almost reaches perfection, but a few missteps in writing and a few puzzles too many at the end slow down the pace of a rather intense story. Otherwise the most mind blowing piece of fiction that I've ever seen and it got me into the whole VN genre despite much of the stuff from that genre being crap.

I tend to play multiple games at once (slowly) on a couple different modes.

Xbox - Persona 4 Arena - 8/10

I haven't played the Persona 4 itself (currently mucking around in Persona Revelations), but I found this fighting game to be really enjoyable. I look forward to Ultimax.

DS - Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box/Pandora's Box - 9/10

I love these games, the puzzles are so clever and Layton is an enjoyable character! I will start up Unwound Future after I get through Pokemon Y... one day...

PC - Dreaming Mary - 6/10 and Bevels' Painting - 6/10

I love playing RPGmaker games (especially horror themes), but after playing Ib, Witch's House, Mermaid Swamp, and currently doing Yume Nikki, Mary and Bevel didn't quit get my attention as much. On the plus side, Dreaming Mary is a quick play (about 20 mins) with 4 potential endings, while Bevels' Painting is longer with an extra bonus level (I kind of got sick of it by this point).

The last few games I finished were To The Moon and Dust: An Elsyian Tail.

Both were outstanding games, and I'd even call To The Moon a masterpiece. That game invoked so many different emotions that I can't help but applaud Kan Gao for his work.

Dust: An Elysian Tail was pretty damn good too...a lot of fun to play and pretty to look at. The story and characters wasn't anything I haven't seen before, but it wasn't bad. The characters were pretty likable.
