I don't think it's a waste of time at all, and we're not convincing anyone to drop or watch the anime! a lot of haters are just coming with unreasonable reasons to delude people that this is an bad/overrated anime. we're only discuss how much reasons from what he said are true. but without haters, discussing anime will be boring and dull. are we gonna discuss about how good the anime is ? that's pretty boring for me. |

| Glad to see it animated and uncensored. The gore wasn't toned down and in fact looked more gruesome. The transition between light and dark themes felt a bit off. Overall the anime met my expectations.:) |

| I haven't read the manga, but the anime itself looks good so far! I've heard the manga is better, though.....but after only 2 episodes aired, we don't know if the anime will be awesome or not! xD We'll just have to wait til a few more episodes air....I guess? owo Other than that.....Murder and Death, Kill and Murder, Death and Kill, Murder....yeah, lots of blood, killing and stuff, this anime looks cool. xD |

| Nice beginning of the anime. I enjoyed it!!! And I like how the main male protagonist kill the little girl without hesitation after he saw his friends. I expected that he will forgive her |

| Not sure if it's late time for me but the pacing of this first episode was fast as a rollercoaster which i didn't like at all. And they added some lame ecchi comedy to it. The only awesome moment was when the Raid appeared.. but the fast pacing kind of ruined everything else. Then again i can totally see where the episode had to end at, and to fit all that into first episode was bit too much, yet i dont mind it if the next episodes are going to be better. And why the F would they do that to villagers? like.. uhh? Just to make MC join the bad guys, ofc! |

| Disappointing. The misplaced comedy makes it hard to take anything seriously. I guess it's high rated cause of the gore. Hope it gets better. |

| Amazing episode! Damn those rich kind folks are deceiving as hell. Definitely should always watch your back no matter how kind they look. Yeah it's a mix of comedy and serious dark themes. I don't mind they mixed it in, but it definitely takes you out the atmosphere since one moment everything is all happy then the next moment bunch of dead corpses are lying around. Tokyo Ghoul was happy in the first episode, but became dark as each episodes come by. I love how Tatsumi just kills Aria without hesitation. He definitely did better than what Kaneki did in Tokyo Ghoul. Can't wait for the next episode!!! |
| GREAT EPISODE! I literally liked every single moment. The twist at the end was not predictable and I liked that he killed her without hesitation! She so deserved that! So I'm really enjoying this thus far. I feel it will be a good anime. |

| What a controversial anime, I really hate this kind of hybrids. You can't just kill MCs best freinds(and in a horrible way at that) few seconds after a funny booby remark. Also the character designs are mostly bad... horrible for the dark theme. And the mood itself is way too doomed, I can't hope to guess what the story is getting at. This would probably hold a record in my anime history for a most hated drop. Edit: I'm actually dropping it right away, I don't feel like this would reflect well on me at all. |

| Wow. I would've defended that little girl that saved him till death~ I wasn't expecting her to be so evil....and to kill his village friends too >.< What a twist. But somehow it kinda lessens how awesome Sayo and Ieyasu seemed in just those few seconds. Would've loved learned to get to know them more- especially Sayo. x.x Gonna stay at least to say where they take this. |

| Damn, this was awesome!!!!! I really enjoyed this episode. The last few minutes were crazy. I hated the assasins and liked the family and once I found out what the family did my opinion switched lol. Tatsumi was a badass he didn't give a damn when he killed that girl! I felt so sad when I saw Tatsumi's friends tortured, it was so sad seeing his guy friend telling him what happened to the girl that is their friend. Very entertaining. I can't wait to keep watching! Amazing first episode, 5/5. |

| I'm starting to like the OST! (^_^) So Tatsumi and his friends went to the capital to save their village. But stuff happens and Tatsumi's friends are dead. So he kills Aria without hesitation and he joins the Night Raid. Everyone loves blood and minimum censorship, if not no censorship at all. Hopefully there will be backstories for the members of Night Raid. If everything goes well, things will get pretty interesting. |

May be, I am just tired of watching this type of anime.I am predicting there will be some rape scenes for showing how rotten the sociaty is, will be some half assed tragic backgrounds for night raids for justifying their actions and hatred towards upper class etc. Good for those who can enjoy it, I will see till ep 3-4 before deciding. |

| Lol, when she first invited him i thought she wanted to do something to him but when she met her family and the next day she took him shopping i thought that i was probably just over-thinking and then bamm. It seems this show isn't afraid showing gore but i have to say the comedic tone felt a little stressed taking the impact out of the events. I mean at one minute he sees his friend dead and tortured while the other dies in his arms and a minute later they make sexual gay jokes while shinny baloons. It just felt like too much. I think the problem is that this show would have been better if it was a serious show instead of so animeish, if you get what am saying is. As it is now it doesn't seem like anything great or different that the usual stuff and the gore can't change that. It will be interesting watching a show though where the main character give no shits about killing the evil dudes and are completely ruthless. |

| when it first started i was kinda like meh, the MC isn't exactly the best and the humour was questionable and wasn't well timed, but then the second half when everything kicked off was seriously good, the gore and fight scenes were excellent and unlike Tokyo ghoul no censorship so it was PROPER gore and me as a viewer got the full impact! I'd say a great first episode just hope the humour gets better or at least isn't thrown in on serious scenes! |
| 4/5 I'm a little hesitant in giving judgment in this first episode. How do I start leaves you with a strange taste in the mouth, it sweet and salty it, crush him or praise him is very difficult, the technical side and in the middle of the studio White Fox. The character design is good, but perhaps makes it less dark and dramatic; await the next episodes to decide whether to follow it or not. For now, my vote is 6/10! |

| At first I was like: "Hey this is not as bloody as people say.. I kinda like the atmosphere and the comedy is really fuuny too!" and then a chick gets chopped in half. and the butchering began. and then the secret of that fucking family was revealed and Tatsumi's friends were dead and Aria an innocent looking angel was revealed to be... wtf I'm loss for words. I kept repeating the scene when Aria snapped.. I popped a boner man and if Tatsumi stabbed her continuously even after she died.. while laughing.. god I might've cummed if that happened. Don't judge me. So now Tatsumi has joined their group and has made new friends and they all look kind and friendly. But I know better now. One of them might be keeping an even darker secret or something besides maybe they'll just drop dead in an instant so I'll prepare for future mindfucks. This is first time, out of the hundreds of anime I've watched that I'm rating (temporarily, ofc) a show 10 after watching the first episode. Gore is love. Gore is life. *screams like a pre-pubescent in love teenage fangirl internally* |

| Love the reveal near the end, MC killing Aria-sama in hatred. Go down bitch! :D Violence done nicely +1, tho predictable somewhat :3 But then, rip for Sayo, was a potential waifu :/ |
