| Right after finish the Hajime no Ippo season 1 series. When watching railgun S 15 episode, I always wonder in one scene why Kamijou Touma was doing a very low uppercut punch against accelerator that extend near the grounds, until I notice that he was doing Sendou’s Sunday punch called ‘low smash’ which almost look identical. XD |

| I've been jaded by shounen so much that this episode wouldn't really have come off as too impressive if not for the fact that both Accelerator and Touma are interesting characters in their own right. I think what separates Touma from the other do-gooders too often seen in anime is that he recognizes his own powerlessness in a city of espers. Despite that, he talks the talk AND walks the walk. Even if it might be a bit cliched, I think the integrity shown against overwhelming odds is refreshing to watch. I used to feel indifferent about Touma (having watched Index before this), but I think he's becoming one of my favorites. Really loved how they animated the fight, and the moment when Touma landed his second punch square on Accel's face was awesome to watch. If I had to pick, I'd say that Railgun's adaptation of the sisters' arc is much better fleshed out and resonates with the viewer versus the somewhat lacking arc in Index season 1. |

| I swear Touma is one of the strongest character when it comes to defense and recovery rate. He can always get up no matter how heavy he is injured. A normal person will die with his injury here. |

Either way the sisters sure did their job good, lets see what happens next! But damn I sure love this development! Touma FTW! |

| Whooooooooooooooooooooooooah, I didn't expect this episode to make the fight even better than the original one in TMNI, but maaaaaaaaaaaan, Accelerator totally ruled when he found his new power, Touma was really cool this time around as well, and actually everything was better this time, even the drama. |

| 5/5 Episode that expands the time and rewrites the epic battle between the boys! How much pathos in anticipation of those punches thrown by Touma. I felt a sense of uncontrollable rage, delicious! : D In addition to the narrative the graphics, is rewritten. Not in the sense that at a distance of years the yield is milgiore, but in the sense that the scenes are designed differently and with a use of CG milgiore of those seen at the time TAMnI and Railgun first series. Excellent result! Animations good, I can not complain about the result. I look forward to the end, to know what the future holds! * _ * Rating 5/5 while not feeling the same emotions that would prove who sees for the first time the events narrated in Railgun S! U_U P.S. However, the last punch Touma it seemed strange, authors must tell me how he could do everything. I think that scene was in need of more animations! ^ _ ^ |

| the best part of the ep was Accelerator going apeshit, that was hillarous so Touma has superhuman like durability? not that it matters but after seeing these 2 fight gotta say that all the people who told me that Touma an Accelerator could beat any anime/manga carácter i could think of were exagerating... unless they become many many many times stronger later in the series |

| @smart guys who're saying that accel just had to keep distance etc.... accel knew he was fighting a level 0, his experience with fighting level 0 doesn't involve him being cautious(you can see it at the flashbacks), 1st hit from touma he just thought something's wrong w/ his power, so he tried several times, and before he notices that it wasn't his power malfunctioning, but it was his opponent, it was already too late. and keeping his distance while firing long range attacks doesn't help him anyway coz @people who's wondering how touma is still not dead with all those injuries he took(from misaka to this fight w/ accel), which isn't due to plot IMO. another proof of it is awesome episode damn. His hand negates their powers to the core.They become normal as long as they are being touched by his right hand.That is IB's power.To return everything to normal. while what you said is true, i think touma touching kuroko wasn't the reason why kuroko wasn't able to teleport him, its more like she just can't, regardless if he is touching her or not. |

| Holy shit damn. Railgun S have just shown that Index I is completely a trash. This anime is masterpiece. It's more emotional than any of the Toaru series combined. Goddamn feels. It's awesome to see Misaka's perspectives on this battle since she was goddamn worried so much about Touma. I love it! |

I feel like they did a good job showing Accel's lack of fighting experience here during the brief scene where Misaka is watching the fight beyond the fence. Touma is dodging, swerving, ducking, and zigzagging all of Accelerator's attacks. It really gave me the impression that Touma really knows his stuff when it comes to street fights. |

| I hate the fact that Touma suddenly acts as a savior in Railgun. I hoped that he would die.(Railgun just messed up Touma. He was handled better in Index.) But Accelerator is awesome. Touma has got nothing on him. I sympathize the most with Accelerator. It would just stress someone like him so much because thugs want to fight with him as he has the best abilities. I hoped he had the plasma stuff. But Misaka never said to MISAKA to use the windmills, so there is a plot point just glossed over. I hope there are more Accelerator episodes. And boy, the only reason I watch this show is because of Accelerator. He should get his own show. Cause the only episodes that are best in Railgun S have Accelerator in them. I think Misaka has a new competitor. But seriously, I hope Accelerator doesn't die. Or get his experiment cancelled. |
