| I thought Eren would remain an ass for a large remainder of the series. Good to see him growing up... a bit, at least. Great episode. I hope they succeed in the defense, and I hope a supporting character dies (not just fodder) >:-D. No, seriously. They should emphasize how life is lost so easily when one is in the Recon Corps. |

| Watching this series has inspired me to read the manga (something I would recommend highly), and I've noticed that the casualties lost in the counter offensive has dropped from 50% to 20% of humanities total population. I have mentioned multiple times that the Shingeki no Kyojin manga is the darkest thing I have ever seen, and this fact is what makes it memorable. I simply hope that the anime doesn't get too carried away in the censorship side of production, as I feel it would diminish the effectiveness of the overall feel of the story, by retracting the doom and despair from the atmosphere. |

| The last 2 minutes were so BOSS that I had shivers. Eren give em' hell (although I suspect they will give you more hell first). Potato Girl is more than comic relief. She can actually be useful too. The fart joke was funny though. Only thing I don't get is why Mikasa has such a low key personality when she's clearly a gifted genius. Do they give her some more back story later? |

His confusion while dealing with Sasha, his analysis of his trainee down to a social level, as well as how he let the guys off the hook when there's obviously a fight went on says a lot about his character. What disturbed me is... After looking at your image, he look ridiculously like Colossal Titan now that I actually pay attention. EDIT: Just went back and look at the titan again, nope, instructor's face is too long. |

| Sasha is awesome, I love how happy her face gets when it comes to food. I'm liking Eren as the lead so far, his pure hatred for titans is good so far but it may get annoying in the future. |

| Kristen Stewart (Levy) finally makes his appearance alongside Irwin! Mikasa just as badass as ever, and now funnier as well, the "Sasha ripped a fart" was just hilarious. Reiner showing his worth, this guy man. Sasha with more comedy around food and as Eren gets ready for defend the wall, bam! Yo! The episode overall was really well animated, some derpy scenes at times, but made up for the scenes around the cliffhanger, which is just fine, I'm certain they will redraw them for the Blu Rays, which will sell really well! This adaption is God Tier, just putting it out.  |

| The moment when they introduced the top 10 of the class coupled with that superb OST, I almost exploded from awesomeness. |
| Sasha is slowly becoming my favorite character of the series. Good episode, great ending, it's about time for some real action, can't wait to see where this story goes. |

| As much as I seriously doubt he's gonna be able to defeat the big one in coming fight, I sure am glad he was able to keep his composure and actually shout orders when everyone else was in a state of shock. He's grown up, that's for sure. Anger is good, it fuels him :D |
| great episode. the only thing i dislike is that i'll have to wait a week for the next episode T.T pretty fast pace considering how kinda slow it's been going up to now. i mean first episodes show no battle at all and NOW we have that badass giant showing up and breaking the wall. So now we have the same situation as in ep 1 EXCEPT that eren has the necessary equipment to fight the titans. i really can't wait for the next episode. it feels like it'll be awesome >.< |

| For the first time this episode I actually warmed to Eren. When he was reunited with Hannes, I felt a lot of my resentment melting away during that dialog. For me that was a personal highlight of the show, I can probably start to enjoy this more now. Mikasa was particularly one dimensional this episode though, after initially loving her she is becoming rather predictable. Also that ending, looking forward to the next episode. |

| Wow the ending surprised me. They haven't even had the time to celebrate their graduation that immediately comes the super giant. The next episode promises a plenty of action! I was a little worried after hearing that twitter saying that they were looking for new animators, I don't know if it was true, however, we are in episode 4 already and the animation is still wonderfull. |

| Dat save by Sasha at the end. GOTTA HURT THOUGH, I imagine it must not be pleasant having that hook lodge itself into your leg, but falling to your death off of 50 meter walls can't be too pleasant either. Awesome episode and now comes the epicness. |
