Merry Christmas again! I'm going to start pre-emptively mourning for Zhou Yu, because he's not going to last through 2018. XD

Merry Christmas! :D

Here's to another year of The Ravages of Time! :D

Hello! I have just watched ZZ and I can't figure out why Sayla was in that space colony where a raid happened and knew that Leina was in a hut.

Probably too late, not that I care. The original Japanese is perfect for LotGH and can't be outdone. XD
Frozenstein Oct 1, 2015 3:02 PM
You hear? LotGH got licensed. The light novels by Viz Media (for a 2016 release) and season 1 of the anime by Madhouse.

Hello, so what do you find interesting about Char Aznable?
TurtleHermit Jun 1, 2015 10:05 PM
Hey, I was just looking across your list (which I think is great) and I notcied that you have Lone Wolf and Cub in your PTR. Just wanted to tell you that if you like samurai stories, this is the greatest depiction that I've ever read. I would encourage anyone (especially someone with such high compatibility with me) to read it ASAP.

Oh, understandable than. Have you read the recent chapters in The Ravages of Time? Guo Jia is terrifying! Which is ironic as the actual historical Guo Jia was never remotely this good. XD

You know, despite being friends we rarely talk and it's always you who seems to end the conversation once I get it rolling. XD

I did, thank you; hope you had a good Christmas as well! And of course, I hope you had a Happy New Year, too! :D

Hope you had a good Christmas.

I'd argue that the last couple of chapters were the best chapters of the entire War arc, apart from the chapters what were specifically about Madara (because he was a BOSS.) Funny enough, I didn't feel that emotional during the finale, even though I found it to be a fitting ending. Maybe it'll do more for me when the anime ends, as that's where I started, and where all the nostalgia lies.

And I'm glad we never got to see his face. It was one of the biggest mysteries in Naruto, and what fun would it be if we lost that mystery? :P

I highly doubt it. Making an original character like Yuan Fang for the Eighth Genius is not only bad writing, but just sloppy creativity. It literally would not make sense.... The Eighth will definitely be historical in someway. Whether it's the complete historical package or an amalgamation of varying figures that match up during the long historicity is the real question though. Or it could be a character made up by Luo Guanzhong. A large portion of the characters in the original 3100 page Romance of the Three Kingdoms are nothing more than fictional. Chan Mou has wrapped up Luo's fictional characters in new packages throughout the series so far, the most famous of which being what he did to the rather trite and bland and entirely fictitious character of Diaochan.
