ep2 was funny, but thought i might drop it if it continues the tom & jerry slapstick. ep3's quite an improvement, finally adding some plot & character dev. Chichko quite annoying but i get why she's like that.
Lupin was nice, a bit trolly. Besides the Naruto outfit, all the sensei explaining in the background is typical of Naruto (& other shows im sure)

Episode 2 was the best by far.
QFT.
I liked this episode as far the humour goes, but both this and the first episode takes the drama way too seriously for its own good, especially how Ichika's development is already predictable as it comes, and the show tries way too hard to produce a character development for her. Even though the first episode had this poorly executed drama aspect too, at least it was much more balanced enough with humour to make the drama less overbearing, not to mention Ichika's "Why should I care about anybody" attitude towards her great fortune was spot on already enough to not make it even more apparent with the douchebaggery she comitted in this episode. Not to mention this kind of drama was already done in the first episode, and while the theme would be good enough (misfortune can cause death after all), I think they should've played this out at the end of the series for the final wake-up call for Ichika, as this theme is potentially the most heaviest subject, and yet they play it out at the beginning of the series. Hell, they played it out once before this episode, and Ichika barely learned anything from it, this could've been the first episode and it wouldn't make any kind of difference.
I will watch the show regardless as the humour is still good enough (not to mention this is the only show from this season I like so far), but this kind of forced drama (or heck, the presence of drama) will backslash over time, if its quality will keep up for the rest of the series.
Another awesome episode.Man,this is a high candidate for best of the season. There has yet to be any other anime that can beat.
Ichiko was acting bitchy in the beginning, but I'm not gonna dislike her for it ^^.
Chichiko xD But seriously, Keita's younger siblings are by far the cutest I've seen! Even in anime!! And I think "Chichiko/Tiityko" will become a well used nickname betweeen ototou and Ichiko <3
Amazing ep, loved the development and characters. Momiji played a great roll too, it kinda got outta the laughs at one point and they became serious, a good serious though, and they tried to even it with the same slapstick comedy so I think it really worked!
The OP and ED songs are really starting to grow on me, they're both so catchy.
Tittyko was being a bitch in the beginning but it was good to see that she actually had a heart towards the end. And I am guessing this type of situation is going to happen a couple more times in this series. This episode was pretty decent.
Nice episode, I loved the serious part. It was really interesting to see.

Rofl.
I almost never read discussions after I made my post, if you want to reply PM me or post on my profile page.
Oh man I'm so loving this series. Loved that Naruto reference haha. Ichiko with the Hidden Leaf village headband and the ninja outfit was awesome. Momiji as Lupin in the hot air balloon was so random lmao.
Introduction of Tsuwabuki Keita. Really liking his character already. His voice suits him, a somewhat monotone voice. Liked the drama and freaking lol'd @ Keita's brother calling Ichiko 'Tittyko'. Absolute win LOL! Momiji appearing out of nowhere and ruining the mood is the best. Best episode so far, love these more 'serious' episodes from gag Anime.
Loved this episode, it's funny and touching. The pacing on this episode is very good, Ichiko's character development doesn't seem out of place or sudden, rather she changed bit by bit by learning from her mistakes.
5/5

attitude of her sucks, money is not everything you know...?
At least the guy has some pride....If I was the guy I would have slap her with her own money...lucky for her the guy was kind enough..to let it go like that and just throw it to her...
she needs to change big-time...I'll give her a chance for that..and hope she redeems herself..in the next episodes... :)
Got something to live for, I know that I won't surrender,
My expectations for this were a bit off but I'll stick with it. Best ep yet, start of a potential romance. Hopefully anyway because it needs something else besides comedy which hasn't made me laugh out loud yet. Oh well, let's see how the annoying MC grows from here.
The narration still manages to be funny, despite the focus of this comedy are still the bickering between Ichiko and Momiji. The episode as a whole is fluent and does not weigh its narrative limits, even if there are already changes in the interpersonal relationship between the two protagonists.
I'm glad they introduced Keita, I like him. Though Sakura's talk about money was hard to watch.
One thing about Keita's outlook, if you need help, you should ask for it. You won't always get it, but at least you tried. They are still children and shouldn't be carrying so much burdens.
