Mini Panty and Stocking :>

Panty and Stocking should build a band. I'd go every night to listen to them tbh.

Dat ending "NOSEBLEED" quite nice episode first part was quite funny lol beware when a black person puts on a latex glove! The middle not so well was okey to see some part where Chuck is being put in the center but not really all to good imo... The song and all the parody's put in it was just excellent!

The first part was pretty mediocre. The Chuck parts started off like something out of Tom and Jerry (or maybe Itchy & Scratchy might be a better comparison) only to turn into something incredibly bizarre by the end. The last part was great though - loved all the references, especially King Crimson. Never thought I would see them get brought up in an anime.

Ha, Chuck got owned by the flies, and the little demons screwed in front of him with a third person?? ( where did come from?? PLUS HE WAS BANGING THE MALE DEMON TOO)
this was about to be my least favorite episode but the i saw the the music video,( it was obviously spoofing mtv) that was great, and it saved this episode.
heres some of the references i caught:
gorillaz, kiss, i think linkin park, lady gaga, caught a nirvana album cover, i think marilyn manson, and tAtU

Loved the song in the music video, so catchy.

"And if, there were so many people in the world, there had to be someone living an interesting life that wasn't ordinary. I was sure of it. Why wasn't that person me?"

In the first part I could just say: poor Brief.
Second part was again a wtf moment until I figured it up that this is a reference to Eraserhead a 1978 movie.
My favorite part was of course PSG, so many references/parodies

Detroit Metal City
Guns N Roses
Linkin Park
Elvis Presley
Kiss
The Beatles
Oasis
Lady Gaga
Queen
Tatu
Sex Pistols
Woodstock
Jimi Hendrix
Marilyn Mason
Gorrilaz
Pink Floyd
Andy Warhol
Nirvana
The Clash
Abby Road
My Chemical Romance
PSG as a MTV logo
I'm blind or I can't see the Linkin Park and MCR refrences?

Only know DMC and the last one.

Well at first I was like wtf is this, has the show lost it's appeal? But then the music video kicks in. I liked the references to various different artists (Pink Floyd Division Bell fuck yeah!). So overall it was an OK episode, a little different than the others so far but enjoyable. Maybe a little artsy too.

Episode itself was pretty meh. First half had me facepalming, I mean seriously. Second half was okay, although kind of boring. Music Video was the shit! I was rocking out to that! Loved the Gorillaz reference, as well as numerous other artists. Hopefully next episode is a lot better though, this one was a bit disappointing.

Had to find this the worst episode thus far. "Inner Brief" wasn't really about anything other than trying to parody a concept common in cartoons, while mainly working the one recurring theme I really dislike in this show: Garterbelt's (who just so happens to be a priest) pedophilia.

Then came the Chuck videos, which mostly just reminded me of the ending of Evangelion, except here I wasn't able to get into it at all. It, again, just felt like it wasn't really about anything and that there was nothing to take away from it. Eh, I just didn't get it >.>

The music video with the awesome song I happened to have heard on the OST before was awesome, and I loved how it parodied MTV, but it was lacking in so many ways. I still feel like the animation is lacking - have they used up all their money on episode 6 and that vomit-monster episode or something? SO MANY STILL SHOTS. It got distracting real fast :(
As a music-lover, I loved the waterfall of references, but it felt as though they just tried to "make good" to me for making such a bad episode and eh...

Still an amazing song, though. Surprisingly, I think I actually like the outro better 0.o huh.

LOL priest wants to see him use the toilet. poor brief he got messed up pretty bad.the chuck stuff was weird, crazy and entertaining. Im also guessing hes freaking immortal. that was a fun little song though it still doesint beat the ending theme.

That was so mean of Panty and Stocking xD

This is the South Park of anime xD

Back to the Future reference? Okay then xD

Glad that we get a Chuck episode, he's great!

Him exploding in the microwave, Gremlins much?

The fuck was with the end of Chuck to the Future?

PSG written like MTV xD

I wasn't expecting a Teddyloid song to be here!

So many references during Anarchy, including band references like The Black Eyed Peas and other references like South Park!

Alright this episode was a cluster fuck. The Brief gives birth out of his asshole short was just disturbing. Inspired disturbing at least. But also so disturbing it couldn't depict much of the main action of the short on screen. This one really has to take the cake in terms of cruelty to Brief. Which I'm all in favor of. He's quite irritating, tear him down even more.

The Chuck shorts were really stupid. I've never liked Chuck really. He just looks like someone gave up trying to draw Gir from Invader Zim. But by the third short of his I was thoroughly lost. And just wanted it to end. I've never disliked a Panty and Stocking short THAT badly from top to bottom.

The ending music video was a cool saving grace. D-City Rock is one of my favorite songs in the soundtrack. All of them playing instruments and affecting cool poses was funny enough on its own. But the slew of references near the end. To everyone from The Beatles, to the Sex Pistols, to the Gorillaz was pretty great. I just wish I could make heads or tails of those technically English lyrics.

Amazing episode!!

First half is Panty & Stocking becoming tiny due to Scanty and Kneesocks medicine. Now they have to burst out of Brief's ass with the help of Garterbelt's two fingers XD

2nd Half is Chuck and full of Back to the Future References. Still, I guess Chuck and his evil version is controlled by a super secret Agent? They even had sex in front of Chuck's WTF.

Final part was the best!! I love D City Rock - We are Angels. I always listen to this whenever I drive around ^^

Last 3 episodes + an 8 minute special. I don't want this to end :(

I didn't like the first part of the episode much, felt too short with not much happening and some unfunny pregnancy jokes but the Chuck to the Future content was some pure nostalgia, and the music video segment at the end was awesome with tons of references like Elvis, The Beatles, etc. That was a lot of fun in its own way. Overall, decent episode.

Why was it called Chuck to the Future if it had noting to do with time travel.

I think most episodes have nothing to do with the films they reference. The names are just puns.

The microwave segment seemed to imply that Chuck can "live" without that hellboy (or whoever it is) inside, while Fastener cannot? Though it's contradicted later. Maybe I'm looking too much into this. The camera perspective from inside the microwave reminded me of Hideaki Anno's "Love&Pop" x)

The skull on Panty's finger looked like Yoko's (TTGL) hairpin (almost).

Also, took me a long time to realize but Stocking's cat is drawn kinda Nekojiru-like.

I'm going to be real, I love this show but that first segment was horrendous. I found it painfully unfunny and I feel like the animation went down the drain. Episodes 1-6 were visually amazing because when they didn't have well animated action scenes they had tons of inventive visual gags and something interesting going on all the time. After that it's been pretty mixed and this episode had almost no visual gags except for the chuck segments.

Speaking of those I found them bearable but none of the animation was fun to watch and nothing was that funny imo.

Ok this was just not clever whatsoever. Recent episodes are getting worse, pretty much lost its initial charm. Sure there were tons of references, too many in fact, but maybe except for the music video, these were just references for the sake of it. Back to the future, Evil Dead 2, Eraserhead, Tom & Jerry, sure it's nice to pay homage to these stuffs. But if it makes this the point, it still needs to be able to stand on its own first, instead of relying on the references to somehow create this illusion of good writing.

Sorry, but this episode sucks. I like creepy Garterbelt though. 3/10 for the much improved visuals from the previous episode.

Worst episode so far. No, the fact that you recognized an empty reference to an album cover or music video does not make it good.
