| Wow. This is hella cliche. Guy who's fighting a monster ended up being a monster, and now that he's a monster, he's obligated to save the world. Never give up theme. Guy close to death being saved by someone close to them (atleast he didn't get a powerup out of nowhere). The comical expressions and dry humor didn't really click to me. This has more potential if it's just serious. Will still read it though. Maybe it gets better. |

| I don't think it's bad to start like this. It's embarrassing that the main character's childhood friend is so cool. But was Kafka's transformation too hasty? I wanted to see Kafka's gradual psychological transformation in the process. |

| A really solid first chapter, was expecting Kafka to get the Kaiju power in some cool way but he jusr ended up eating a Kaiju lmao. Also its been a while since I've read a manga with a protagonist who isnt a teenager so that's a fresh change of pace. |

| I never heard of this manga and saw volume 1 at a garage sale and bought it. I do not regret it, this looks so promising and I love the idea. I hope it doesn't let me down. |
