| Nazuna Nanakusa's voice singlehandedly ruined Call of the Night for me. I never had any issue with the seiyuu Sora Amamiya, so I blame the director who told her to act that way. Among the minor characters, Rika Sena from Kare Kano made my ears bleed. |

| Shimono Hiro as Zenitsu. Don't get me wrong, he's very talented and I like his role as Tsubaki Sasuke. But as Zenitsu or any other crybaby characters, I just can't stand him. For some unknown reason I really don't like Enoki Junya. I don't know if it's his voice that sounds like he always has something stuffed inside his mouth or what. Point is I don't like his voice. |

Lillie and Iris from Pokemon have annoying english dub voices as well. Usagi's cloverway dub voice. She sounds like a mix between Goofy from Disney and an elderly woman lol. |

| Goku's in Japanese. Bulma and Kid Gohan's modern day English Dub voice. I'm convinced that Monica Rial only got the job because they wanted to tie her voice to a legendary anime character. And Coleen Clinkenbeard as Kid Gohan is awful in Kai. |

| @UberBat This. More specifically, Aya Hirano's voice is annoying. I could kind of bear Dende though, but only because of the limited screentime compared to most other DB characters, but other than that, I would sooner go deaf. (P.S: I am not a fan of her singing, but it is head and shoulders above her voice acting). |
| Hoo, boy. For starters, anyone voiced by Mitsuki Saiga but especially the asshole known as Wolfram from KKM. The only way I managed to make it through the entire anime was muting the sound every time he so much as opened his mouth lol. I can't stand Megumi Ogata's voice at all either, her voicing Masaya sorta ruined the OG Tokyo Mew Mew anime for me :/ Nagisa from Free! absolutely fucking grinds my gears, and so does his archery counterpart Nanao from Tsurune. I'd rather go deaf than hear them again. In general, any character with an overly cutesy, forced high-pitched voice no matter if they're voiced by a male or female VA, gets penned as annoying in my book. |
| good lord, gintama's english dub is insufferable. lots of people like it, and i'll never understand why. i'd been watching it subbed, but the captions for one episode were out of sync, so i checked out it's dub. literally EVERYONE sounds awful in it, the scripts are utterly butchered, and all the characters give off completely different vibes (mainly shinpachi and gintoki). if i'd made the mistake of watching it first, i would've dropped it after less than 5 eps and become convinced that the entire mal community was gaslighting me with that 8.9 rating |
I watched Gungrave recently and found myself getting irritated with this guy's eating sounds in practically every scene he appeared in. Was not enjoyable to listen to. |
