| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Lol, all the tears... Thought this episode was pretty interesting. In regards to dragons and the pilots, it seems each has different ways of communicating to each other. A neat episode of training that puts teamwork at test. It's definitely important for pilots to understand how to survive under any circumstances. |

| Ayy go Futomomo! Eat all of the rations! We are not pulling a Cast Away here! Too much jank in this episode with dowsing, a rain dance, and Kaizaki's head. Everyone talks about their flaws, but see the dragons happy. I guess the aim of this survival training is to connect with one another which in turn will get the dragons to cooperate as well. As for Hoshino...well...she's going to be a tough nut to crack... |

| The girls are now on an island, trying to connect with each other and survive. Hoshino continues to be annoying on not bonding with them smh. She'll eventually warm up with them soon enough. |

| Man Hisone has really changed since ep 1, to the point shes licking and jumping on Masotan, same with her relationship with Nao, and vice versa. Character development wise fantastic writing. Looking forward to how the training exercise ends. Wonder if they will introduce any form of conflict militarily in the future episodes. (Don't think they would since it'll change the tone really badly.) |

| She licked the dragon... how far we've come. Feel like this episode really highlighted their problems... specifically ones of the mental variety. Just made me love them more in the end though so it ain't a bad thing. Plus they've finally started bonding. |

| Laughed a little when the domination-submission stuff was brought up again as an aspect of piloting and again by Hoshino, something some people were really pushing against in the last episode discussion, ending(?) (at least on the human side) with a chest -> slap farce. Obviously going to be apart of the ideas about social interaction that this anime wants to talk about This was episode was pretty good I guess and some things are coming into focus, but it kind of feels like a big pity part for the pilots. I still think Hoshino is the most interesting. |

| Don't really get why Hisone downplayed herself by saying she did nothing. Water source is obviously the most valuable thing to find in that situation. It is more important than food or fire, unless the island gets extremely cold at night, which doesn't seem to be the case. |
| Masotan is the goodest boy. He found the water supply. Meanwhile, Futomomo is the Patrick Star of dragons. The fucking special ed dragon who doesn't know what "drop it" means and eats three days worth of food in three seconds. Baddest boy. |

| Mosatan is one giant puppy. It's nice that Hisone is getting really close to him, hugging and licking him like a giant teddy bear. |
| Lots of fun, goofy stuff this episode with the rain dance, the licking, and talking to a Nao head. This should be a fun little arc. One potentially interesting point I noticed was when that guy who showed up at the end of last ep mentioned that the OTFs are starting to remember each other. |
| Great episode again. Hisone licking Masotan is gold. XD The rain dance was great and the dragon playing in the water is pretty amusing. Loved the torii sequence with Hisone finding her way to Masotan and the water supply. Nice bonding episode overall, let's hope Hoshino comes around. |

She's also at least 20 since she can drink, so likely a few years out. |

| Another hilarious episode! Everytime Hisone thinks out loud, she's very directly and rudely sarcastic in a very harsh funny way! Maybe Eru-chan has no bra that's why she slapped that Zaitou! bwahahah! Hisone gone nuts nonchalantly licking Masotan and Nao-san! The heck is that severed head dakimakura of Nao-san! Hisone is weird! LOL at the rain dance of Kinutsugai-san! 5/5. |

| Ah, I see. So the dragons reflect their d-pilot's personality, so that's why they were chosen. I feel slow for just barely getting that right now. Hisone licking Masotan is extremely cute and weird at the same time. I love this show. Great episode, and the heart-to-heart conversation at the end was very touching. I didn't expect that to happen. I feel the same way too, girls. Yall aren't alone. I love the scene of the dragons playing with each other after remembering each other. Such a good anime. |

| This anime is so good! And only 22K in MAL are following it. Such a shame. After each passing episode, this anime seems like it will explode in any given episode. Once the D-pilots come closer, the anime will enter more serious story. I can just sense it! Missing HisoMasooooo HisoMasoooooooooooo HisoMasooooooooooooooooooooooooo already. I hope it returns. Five straight 5/5s from me! Definitely looking more and more to be my AOTS. |

| Survival training. They shouldn't have made the container/the content out of material(s), that is tempting for a dragon. At least they were able to secure a decent meal. Hisone shouldn't be so hard on herself, since she found drinkable water. And the mysterious place. Hoshino is still a bitch. |

| I'm surprised Hoshino didn't get mad at Futomomo for eating all the rations. This was a particularly funny episode with all those antics such as the rain dance and Wilson Kaizaki's head. Not to mention that I also really liked the bond the pilots are slowly making. Hoshino still needs to chill. |
| I like how they discuss their problems around the fire. All the Torii as Hisone climbs up to find Masotan and water; I'm curious what religious significance these "maidens" and Dragons have. |

| Since ep4 I felt like dropping this anime but since I like the survival isolated island stuff I have to keep watching hahaha I wish they don't go with focus on character human drama only stuff like the previous episodes (late 3 and 4) |
