I share a nickname with almost everyone I know more online about and despise sharing my legal name because it's uncommon and thus easily searchable. Heck, I shared my nickname with my most of my co-workers because they don't need to know that+they butcher pronouncing my real name (and I'd rather them say a nickname than attempt to say my real name in a horrible accent). |
