Its an anime only thing, so yeah likely just a visual gag like the Dark Souls reference, which also wasnt in the manga. (The Mario Kart reference, even spelled Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, was in the manga.) They included some foreshadowings in other places, but this particular one isnt like that. |

Thumbs up for Hayasaka for persevering through her mistress-induced hardships. Kaguya's lovesickness was incredibly cute, though. I burst out laughing when even the hard-boiled doctor started having a romantic flashback. Ah, if only someone loved me as hard as Kaguya loves Miyuki. |

| Hayasaka was the real loser of this episode xD The whole doctor scene was great, a little cringey but still funny. The whole Iino scene was great, it seems that only Fujiwara is capable of changing her xD And here i thought that they would finally kiss, nope... too soon? When will this happen, c'mon. |

| Funny episode, especially when Miko and Chika were doing that silly photos with filters. ;p Miko looked.cute, haha. It was also funny when she (again) entered a room in a wrong moment. xD Anyway, it was good to see some more fragments with Miko. After all she joined the students council, so she should be as significant as Chika and Ishigami. |

| Cute start, with Chika leading Iino into breaking the rules, really tense and sweet, funy as hell, middle, having always loved that scene. Then to finish one of my favorite lastest chapters that I read, "Kaguya has a beautiful and healthy heart"... YESSSS They adapted it, pure win, perfect finisher! Now she will have to develop the secret technic to combat Shirogane's advances. xD |

| Wtf? Lino's justification got tarnished by Chika's absurd reaction. Still the whole filterization of photo was slightly between a cute and weird looking. Kaguya-sama derpy face was the best laughter there, i can't stop giggling to watched it! xD The second and third part were a shocked therapy for both of them. Its almost, i said again, almost happened. However, while sighing and knowing that this show still continued, the awaited was obviously not happening. Poor the master of cardiolog in the end for serving a rumbled girls that felt the first love. Hayasaka's act of shyness there was a solid gold, keep that shit girl! And that koi fish, man, i can't stop laughing with it! xD |

| Miko can really be strict, but eventually she's going to be just as crazy as the rest of the council XD I lol'd when Ishigami started hooking up the Switch to the TV and started playing Mario Kart. Miko always come to the right time and right place XD Now, Kaguya suffers from Lovesickness. Does this kind of condition really exists? ^^ I kinda don't understand why Hayasaka was getting flustered. Is it because the technology can actually look into their emotions and she's afraid that it maybe used against her? |

| I actually thought that Shinomiya had a serious problem. I loved how serious everyone became when she just collapsed, especially Ishigami and Shirogane. Her reaction to what the doctor said and the embarrassment Hayasaka felt were great. That gym room as story as well, it was scary for some reason and Idk why. |

| To be honest, I didn't like Iino Miko much at first, but I've kind of developed some sympathy for her and her interventions in the episode were hilarious. |
| Ishigami being a total badass : Lol so they had that typical anime "stuck in a closed room" scene....It was funny :) Imagine going to a hospital and seeing one of the world's best doctor's and he's diagnosing you with what he calls the "Lovesickness" I can get why Hayasaka is embarrassed. |
