| Hard to get a good sense of who is "unpopular" unless it's some obscure character or there is plenty of good same sex characters in a popular series. Trying to gauge based on series popularity vs favorited character: For a series as popular as JoJo, Lisa Lisa seems to be lacking in favorites: only 107. That probably has to deal more with the limitations of 10 (20 if MAL supporter) and I'm sure some users, like me, restrict 1 favorite character per franchise, so I fall under the same boat of not putting her in as a favorite. |

| Levy McGarden from Fairy Tail isn't unpopular in that she's hated, but she's unpopular as in I'm the only person on this damn site that ever talks about her. She is an S Class (very powerful) Wizard, is the only known magic user in the world to be able to dual-cast spells on her own, is super cute, the second smartest character in the Fairy Tail world, second only to the 4th most powerful wizard in the world, she is the nicest character in Fairy Tail and she isn't cliched. Jeans with their Dark Blue Color naturally fit me and Blue/Turquoise are the best Colors I can wear, so Hibiki as a fellow Winter Type will also look very good in those Colors. Plus as a Girl, she can also wear Pink. |

I'm not that interested in Boy Idol Groups, so I'll likely skip that. Still, it's a bit frustrating that there isn't a Mobile Game like LL SIF for IM@S as well (international). I considered playing the older IM@S PSP Games, since they are at least translated, but so far, the Fact that Hibiki is only an Enemy in one of the Games and not the Character I could raise as an Idol is what makes me turn off. The only Games I'm playing from that Series are the Shiny Festa ones on the PSP, but those are mere Rhythm Games. I considered the one PS4 Game, but I'm not sure whether VR is also for the older Idols plus I'm not too fond of the new Character Design. PS3 has some character-driven Games with the older Idols, but unfortunately, I don't understand Japanese enough to really enjoy them. |

| Prism Cherry from Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku (light novel only). She doesn't have a MAL page and has two (possibly three?) pieces of official artwork, one of which is my profile picture. I can almost guarantee she will never receive a piece of merchandise. She isn't my top waifu, but she has a very special place in my heart. Other than her, Centorea from Monster Musume and Himeno from Centaur no Nayami (I have a thing for centaurs) are fairly unpopular, I think. As for husbandos, Ishida Yamato from Digimon Adventure is probably the most unpopular. EDIT: On second thought, Elizabeth from Gintama is probably an unpopular choice for a waifu, but Elizabeth is the ElizaBEST. |

Oscar Fracois de Jarjeyes (Rose of Versailles). You can think of her as both a waifu and a husbando since she cross dresses. I hear that she was very popular among female japanese fans back in the day, but I'm not sure anyone cares about this character anymore since both the manga and the anime series are very old.  |
