| I love that fucking scene. It's one of the most powerful moments in anime/manga, Nami's just at the end of the rope and is incredibly desperate and starts stabbing the shit out of her own arm. I especially love the "Luffy, help me" line..which are the words she tried so very hard to avoid. Powerful stuff. I'm kind of disappointed that the "Walk to Arlong Park" scene apparently doesn't exist in the manga. |

| The tears of Nami asking for help to Luffy, is one of the best draws of this manga, and this is one of the best chapters, for Nami and the last draw, when Luffy say " who is Arlong? |
| If there is a top 10 One Piece scene/ sequence of panels Nami asking for help and Luffy screaming "Of course I will!" and then the other Straw Hats already being there has got to be on it. Damn what a powerful chapter. |

| That scene where Luffy puts his hat on Nami was the point in the anime where I knew this was gonna be a great show and one that I would love forever. It's four years later, and holy shit has that absolutely been true! |

| Holy crap no one can understand how much I LOVE the moment Luffy puts his hat on top of Nami’s head. He trusts her so much to look after his treasure. This chapter is probably the most well written so far, just how it makes me feel so many different emotions is incredible. I remember watching the adaptation of this chapter and thinking “this is one hell of an anime” and now I’ve got the same feeling reading it back. Now Luffy’s gonna go kick ass in Arlong Park. |

| Easily my favourite chapter so far. I will definitely watch it's anime version at a later point. It was so great to see Nami finally ask the crew for help. I feel like that was what the build-up was for. |

| Nami saying "Luffy...Help me!" was so painful. Idk man, that panel hit so fucking hard. Seeing Nami stab her tattoo was painful to watch ngl. The boys' entry was badass. Just waiting for them to beat Arlong's fishy ass. |

| probably chapter of the series so far. nami asking luffy for help was one of those moments where you have to go back and reread it multiple times just to soak up the emotion. the crew pulling up on arlong at the end was chilling too |

| the villagers are going to fight for themselves now! hopefully Luffy punches Arlong right on his long nose! Nami was stabbing the Arlong tattoo :( I feel so bad for her. Also Nami asked Luffy for help and then he placed his straw hat on her head!!!!!! Also Luffy saying "let's go" to the crew was so coldddd!!! Luffy breaking down the door to Arlong Park and then saying "who's the one called arlong?" was so awesomeee |
| This is my first time with the One Piece series, but I've seen this scene of Luffy giving Nami his hat a few times. Really great moment. It's finally time!! |
