| That was...um...pretty funny! I wasn't expecting much but that was entertaining and I really like the characters A-kun and Yoshiko were hilarious. A-kun is a total male tsundere and no doubt Yoshiko is a HUGE Idiot! Overall I think this will be a fun comedy to watch this season and I'm looking forward to seeing how it goes. |

| I think there should be more idiot/butt-monkey females in anime, but when it's front-and-center like with this anime, the jokes should be more... clever with its dumbness. I'm not saying Yoshiko should be "clever" in spewing out her nonsense, there should instead be other ways for characters to react whenever she says/does something stupid--which is unfortunately all the time, and thus there's no room to breathe. There's a reason why a character like Tomo Takino works (in small doses), and I feel like Yoshiko is trying too hard to be Tomo. It's a good thing there's four different scenarios being crammed into a 12-minute episode, but that was the first episode's saving grace. If there's already a set formula, this show's not going to get any funnier and less obnoxious. Then again, Japanese humor doesn't translate well to a Western audience, so chances are something's just not coming across well enough for it to be considered funny. |

| Just as whacky as the manga. Didn't expect the animation to be as good as it was but this is the first episode so lets see if it holds up. Voices are great, especially Sugita, but I always imagined Yoshiko's a pitch higher. |

| Don't know why people say "gender equality" Plenty of men in anime have deserved what they got. Inuyasha being a prime example. Maybe you haven't seen that much anime. Anyway, love this show. Great. |

She had waaaaay to many set ups form into good moments for it to be dumb luck. Seriously though, A-kun might be the biggest moron of them all. | I didn't even know what this was until I watched it, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy it. lol I actually feel sorry for Yoshiko. Tfw when your crush isn't a Tsundere & he actually just hates you. It's also weirdly refreshing to see a guy not hold back on a girl...like, A-kun gave her a good uppercut and a German suplex for good measure lmao |

| Solid, the source material can get pretty cringe-worthy and repetitive at points so I'm hoping the adaptation limits that with its shorter length. It's the kind of humor that can get stale (the banana focus comes to mind) pretty quickly. I'll tell you, I'm not generally a fan of Yoshiko's VA but she totally nailed this role, she's to a T exactly how this character comes across reading the comic, just the right blend of bottomless stupidity, unjustifiable smugness, cringey creepiness and banana-obsessiveness. I mean it as a compliment, honest. The sound effects she makes when getting suplexed are terrific. Sayaka is a super cute please do not bully. |

| I'm liking this since I read the manga like few years ago. Finally can see this animated! Despite the simplicity, this adaptation is perfect! I can't stop smiling watching this throughout the ep. I thought Yuka Iguchi would be better as Yoshiko, but man, Aoi Yuuki did a very good job changing my mind right on the spot! |

| Haven't read the manga, decided to watch it because I heard that Aoi Yuuki is hilarious in this; starting from the opening realized 2 things: 1) it's gonna be a wild ride; 2) recognized by character models that it's by the author of Mangaka-san. The title is actually Exactly What It Says on the Tin and 12-minute episodes are just enough time to not get tired of the jokes. Let's see if this will last :) |

| I liked the insane pacing and most of the jokes were pretty fun to me (too bad i didn't really enjoy most of the banana jokes) I also like yoshiko, she's kind of a dumber, more obnoxious version of yuuko from nichijou. A-kun being so savage yet still having a few flaws (like having no friends because he's scary) and being voiced by sugita is pretty nifty as well. For now i give it a 4/5 and considering the direction the anime is taking in episode 2, it'll most likely stay like that. |

| I didn't think this looked good at first. Then I saw people hyping it up. And after watching it I feel pretty disappointed. The main character is TOO Stupid. I'm sorry I know that's the gimmick. But there's a limit towards how much stupidity I can find entertaining. And how much is obnoxious. And as someone who normally really likes Aoi Yuki, I found her performance really obnoxious. The bananas are so dumb too. There was only one part I thought was that funny. The mom begging dude man to take her daughter off her hands. May watch a bit more but don't really see myself finishing this one. And it's not even that long. |
