| What can I say, I'm very active on AD unlike most of you so I need to blend out certain people whose posts would trigger me daily with their sheer stupidity/ignorance or people who I've learned are completely immune to arguments and will always twist everything to fit their agenda. No interest in understanding anyone's position but their own. I don't want to make the mistake again of dedicating time and effort to arguing with a brick wall so I blend them out in advance. And then there's the people whose forum life is mainly spamming 'this is gay, if you like this you can't be hetero, gayness should be eliminated from every media because it's just SJW pandering and btw we should behead every SJW because I fucking hate them since they always talk back when I say how disgusting gay people are' and similarly enlightening positions. I don't want to deal with that either. And lastly there is the crowd of people who are literally spamming trash with thousands, and thousands of posts. Ako + Milk_is_Special are the worst offenders in that regard. Thousands of posts, all one-liners, all mind-numbingly stupid. Like these people are incapable of writing down a coherent thought that isn't just bait-spam. And on top of that they are not even remotely funny or creative, they just post for the sake of posting. Literally just a waste of space and I don't want to have to scroll past 5 of their shitposts on every page of every thread on MAL because who the fuck has the time for that. But idk, a bunch of the users on my ignore list are not even active anymore I don't think (tsud, Fai, CherryLover, Mikasa) so it's probably inflated. But better save than sorry :>. |

I'm just not that kind of guy tho :/. If someone has extremely disagreeable/obnoxious stances in some topics that I just can't get along with at all, I can't just ignore that and focus on the positives. I'd rather avoid them so I don't have to confront them every time they spout what I see as ignorant bullshit. Like I could never get along with someone who's openly homophobic just because we have a lot in common aside from that. Call me an arrogant asshole but I have high standards when it comes to people who are worth my time. I'd rather be alone than spend time with people who dislike my values and vice versa, even if I could have some nice discussions about anime with them because we have similar taste or something like that. If I don't feel I could get along with someone on a personal level, I'd rather avoid wasting them on them entirely. That's why I'm quick with the ignore button I guess. Minimizing my encounters with people who I deem a waste of time. |

| sagrada resets 2nd arc was ok i guess, even though the first episode was a mess i think ep 2 is the only really good episode of the show so far though I do think ep 4 had some interesting things going on mainly with the confrontation in the end. That said i was surprised with how violent the newest episode got in one scene. Still kind of holding out hope for this to be the underdog of the season but I do think it really needs to pick up almost immediately after this episode cause marginal improvement can only go so far. |
