| easy. Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto, Ex Captain-Commander of the Gotei 13 in Bleach or Edward Newgate aka. Whitebeard from One Piece. Maybe they're a bit mainstream anime characters, but i can't even think of better badasses as these 2 even though I've watched 160+ anime atm..
