| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- More of an action and intimidating episode. For one thing, we got chaos but also, it looks like this arc is trying to give every member of the cast some sort of role. The Black Trigger still remains a prominent weapon of war though based on all the talks about it.  |

| About one of the guy's side effect. Good in ears and identify correctly. Because of that it's bad for most of people, but Midorikawa-san's character, it's good and invited him to join his team. Enemy with black trigger... it got Midorikawa-san's character damage. NamiDai's character defeated 3 at once in another area. As expected. Oh, there's a member who is not on the offence in border. Nakamura-san's character wanting neighbour guy to help out so because he fears that main guy will die. About the human type neighbors in chibi explanation. |

| Didn't think too high of Kikuchihara until now. This guy's side effect is pretty damn useful! Liked how his ability got recognized over time by other people who belittled him before. Enedora got Kazama good though. That head strike should've done the trick but it's his Black Trigger is unfairly strong. Kei scenes are always so badass! He didn't even draw his blade but those two trion soldiers got sliced! Lol'd at when he was wanting a Black Trigger to show up at his designated area in his mind. I want to see him meet one too! XD Good to see Jin appear again, but his side effect for the worst possible future sounds rather grim. Hopefully, it'll be nothing close to it. Decent episode. Looks like Border will be on the counterattack next week. |

| If this were Gintama it would end with Osamu's classes getting cut in half and Jin being all drama-like "noooo, Osamuuuu!!! I couldn't prevent your death!" while Osamu stares blankly at him and pulls out a second set of glasses to put on his nose. XD Seriously though, that worst future prediciton sucks for Osamu. Dieing's bad for your health, ya know? :P Looks like he took Reiji-san's order to protect Chika with his life dead serious. XDDD Nice episode although whenever it becomes fast after some slow scenes it's a bit hard to follow. Still no "flying" heads but at least we could falling and turning ones. Border lost one of their around 30 A agents, the captain of their A3 team, pretty bad news. As seen every agent got the news of that on the battlefield and that sure didn't helped to raise moral. And then there's Shinoda who tries to mess with the Neighbor plans and does NOT send his strongest man to the humanoid neighbors to deal with them but away from them. Which ofc makes sense as the Aftokrators wants their rabits to eat the C-ranks up and not getting killed by A ranks so they keep them busy or in Kazama's case take them out, but for the B agents who have to deal with Ranbanein, that's bad news too. Murakami is pretty impressive. Kitora on her own nearly got killed by one rabit yet he managed to keep three rabits busy for quite some time. Even Tachikawa respected that enough to give him 2 of his 3 kills. Murakami clearly is an A rank agent in a B ranked team. Liked Kikuchi's background flash which also explained Kazama's team stealth combat style and its success. Having enhanced hearing can be pretty helpful after all. I enjoy how this whole episode had hardly been about Osamu, Yuuma, Chika or even Jin but about sidecharas, like this time the people from the Kazama team with a bit murakami and tachikawa. I know some find such episodes where MC hardly show up annoying, but I enjoy them due them giving this more atmosphäre. Through WT casting its eye on many its sidecharas, Border feels much bigger and more like an organisation than if we stay the whole time only on Osamu/Yuuma's POV. In many other shounen shows, many such battles feel more like a one-man/one-team show than large-scaled battles where everyone, even people you don't know so much of, are fighting to protect their homes, families and friends. And next episode will continue that way with the B ranks fighting Ranbanein. I like that. Oh, and I liked how we got to see that a Neighbor attack also has consequences outside of Mikado city as seen with the finance guy from Border where the trains would be cancelled towards Mikado city due the Neighbor invasion. Nice little extra. |
| I don't see this anime as one that would kill off their MCs so Megane-kun's in the clear. Something bad will probably happen, though. |

| Learning about Kikuchi and his side effect was pretty nice, I like how they showed that not all side effects seem useful. Instead it depends on smart people like Kazama :) He believed that it would be really beneficial to their team, and he was right, as they rose in the ranks very quickly after Kikuchi joined. Heh, all those who were snickering at Kikuchi's side effect can go kick themselves for not realizing the effectiveness of super hearing during combat. I found it interesting that Usami used to be the operator for Kazama's team :o |
| If seems like Osamu can't be killed due to his Trion body but when you see that very part when it happens, you'll realise that Jin was not joking |

| Another great ep. Loved the Kazama squad part. Kikuchi is quite the fun character ^^ I really like how they can communicate by telepathy. Wonder why Usami isn't with them and switched teams? It was cool how they're counting heads for each person who defeats an enemy. The competitive nature even when they're facing danger is a nice addition. I'm guessing the save Jin foreshadowed will be coming soon since Osamu is in danger. How do u die when ur in trion form though? |

| Another good episode. Kei continues to show why he's the #1 Attacker and Jin's Rival. Loved how he was thinking Come this way Black trigger, Come this way. And how Ko knew what he was thinking. Kazama Squad shows why A-ranked squads are chosen, their ability to fight Black Triggers. We get a nice explaination of how they work and why. They do well against Enedora until he reveals a new and mysterious attack which takes out Kazama. Kazama orders the others to retreat. The reaction of the other squads to Kazama bailing out says it all. Jin raises and waves the 'Death Flag' for Osamu. The 'Worse possible Outcome', is Osamu dieing. 2nd Worse, Chika being abducted. Given Aftokrator's interest in Chika's Trion ability, sending 2 of the Raid team after her. This is a likely outcome. As is Osamu dieing trying to protect her. Although, being an official agent, Osamu now has Bail out. So barring some sort of trigger malfunction, Osamu shouldn't die in battle. I liked the quick break down of Rabit's killed and by whom. Including the '1 by... Mikumo?' (Osamu) Incuding the 3 Kei just killed, the count is 15 Rabits. According to Replica, this is a major investment in Trion. Director Shinado shows his skills a Combat Commander, adjusting his/Border's responses to Aftokrator's movements and the presence of Black Triggers among the Raiders. I find myself looking forward to the time I can Marathon this Arc. Each episode leaves me wanting for the next to air. |

| Kikuchihara's Side Effect is pretty useful, however Enedora made Kazama bail out. As for Tachikawa, he's still pretty badass. "In the worst future, Four-Eyes dies." RIP Osamu. (T_T) |

| I love how this series has a large cast of interesting characters that they actually take the time to develop. Hopefully we'll learn more about the Aftokrator people soon. |
| Hmm interesting Osamu might die. I doubt that is actually going to happen but he will probably be injured badly. I am not looking at any spoilers because I haven't made it to this point in the manga yet so don't try and tell me anything. |

| That ear guy is the worst character :( just meh And Kazama is good but a bit bland. Osamu dying >> Chika getting captured XD From a military standpoint it doesn't make sense but I guess Jin sees the hidden potential of Osamu and it will greater than Chika's trion level :) |

| SO.MUCH.TALKING. I appreciate all the world building, but good god, lets get some solid action in there...even the action scenes are mostly TALKING. MC's can't die in this kind of show. So four eyes is safe. Kinda. He can still ALMOST die. |

| The situation is tense, they literally said that Osamu can die... well the part with the hearing side effect was pretty interesting though, they definitely need to beat both Rabits and horned neighbor as soon as possible |

| The way Jin told Kuga the worst outcome at the end gave me chills, the way they built up to the "reveal". This arc is getting really interesting. |

| They repetitively remind us not to take this show seriously hahaha I don't know how Chika (the one with insane Trion Ability that enemy refers to as a golden egg and potential new "god") get captured is better scenario then alledged worst scenario of 4-eyes dying. Like him dying should mean they won no matter what, but Chika getting captured would really screw them next round... Jin ya troll 3/5 |
