| You know in many animes villains get forgiven a lot even sometimes join the main people. They may have ruined many people's lives, even killed them but when they are sorry, it is ok. What do you think about it? Are there any characters you are still scratching your head about why they were redeemed? Any characters that you could not forgive? |

| Sometimes they don't care if they are forgiven like Midora, it's law of the jungle, he's strong and can do what he wants. Wiping off all floura and fauna from the face of the planet is no big deal, his reason is good. |

It can definitely become overly preachy and the wishful thinking can get a bit excessive, but I think at its core there are valuable lessons to be had. If someone is truly remorseful for what they've done and changes for the better, their future contributions would be a far greater righting of their wrongs than any punishment. Isn't it more fruitful if a thief changes his ways and builds a school for children in need of education as opposed to simply locking him up. Les Miserables: Shoujo Cosette deals with this theme and really focuses on the question of redemption and how far it can reach. |
