Exactly as it sounds like. Following the video, Jordan is ANGRY. So angry that Jordan's king is personally flying sorties to drop airstrikes on ISIS. He was also quoted saying "Any son of a bitch takes a shot at me, I'm not only going to kill him, I'm going to kill his wife and all his friends and burn his damn house down." which some of you may recognize as a movie quote. There's just no end to his badassery is there?

Well this affirms one thing to me : That Jordan isn't fucking around. They promised "Earth shattering retaliation" and I wondered what was it, but damn I never expected this. As a military man, I must say I have mad respect to this guy now for his massive balls and leadership by example. Whether it's actually a good idea for
Jordan's king to be on the frontlines... well.. Let's just see what happens. He was actually pilot trained, and a rather prestigious military man himself, so I'm hoping nothing goes awry.

Who can blame him? What ISIS did to that pilot is barbaric even among Muslims.

On another note, I almost forgot that this is the same King Abdullah II who appeared in a cameo on an episode in Star Trek: Voyager. Now that Clint Eastwood quote he made makes sense. The King is a huge fan of films and science fiction.

I like how people are taking shots at Obama over the "king" of Jordan doing a sortie....

Yes, Obama should TOTALLY get on a fucking plane and personally bomb ISIS....

Oh, but what huge watermelon sized BALLS that the King has!!!

Cuz, he's totally doing this with no help or whatever....and hell, even if he isn't being the leader of the country of Jordan is the same as being the leader of the United States, right?

Huh....so I guess this:

Mikasa said:

Carpet-bombing and killing civilians is easy for the US Army, ASSUMING, that ISIS is not a branch of theirs and is actually a problem for them.

Your dumb assumption is that we have to choices, nuke/carpet bomb or "let them die and get raped".
Actually making plans, fighting on land, killing them selectively, actually extracting information from them. Avoiding civilian casualties as much as humanly and humanely possible.
Problem is, your idea of politics is probably the shit you recently played on some COD game. This is what most Americans/Europeans sound like when they discuss politics.

Mikasa said:

Could you just spend this one time, not being a piece of shit? So you're suggesting bombing innocent men and children, who already have enough bullshit trying to avoid getting killed by these people who occupied their land

Doesn't matter this time but I guess bombing runs are ok as long as its not America right. totally fine with that quote about killing friends and family why? cause its not murica right?

Damn you're a big hypocrite and you disgust me. Had this been America's response you would have had that martyr sword out ready to fall on to expose the evils of America, look at how reckless they are you would have said frothing at the mouth claiming call of duty politics but movie quotes against a people, thats ok because...its not America it was never about civilians it was an event you were using to bash America as I said. If you are going to speak your opinion around here you better be ready to stick to it.

But the same topic.

In this case all the threads are connected, it is a line of events where ones opinions can and do carry over from one another and after spending such a long time America bashing in two threads I can't in good conscience not call into question their hypocrisy at this recent change of events now.

I will not be selectively censored when someones character and therefor opinions is directly called into question. Thats why we have freedom of speech dear and I would personally like everyone to hear why Mikasa considers this acceptable now when we were talking about America doing it, we were the evil oppressors killing civilians if we even thought about bombs.

It begs an answer wouldn't you say.

Haven't read any of this cancer, but get the general idea because of how predictable
if you had half a brain you'd understand the difference between carpet-bombing/'nuking' cities filled with civilians and bombing trenches and ISIS fighters while in transportation.

Take a look at the corpses and see for yourself. You don't see a video of a skeptical village being bombed senseless.

You actually see individual bodies of ISIS members, or what's left of them.

King Abdullah just went medieval on ISIS. What were ISIS thinking? Burning someone to death is against both human rights regulations and Islamic Law, they just proved to even the uneducated that they are nothing but monsters and have no respect even for basic Islamic Law.

That would be some plot twist if his plane got shot down and hence gets captured but its pretty funny that he went out there himself even though he had no need to

I don't know if RAS said that or not but Qusas isn't applicable in murder. Revenge killing is forbidden.

When the mirror of truth is held to some mens faces, sometimes its easier to deny the mirror; than admit the truth.

So where is your issue with letting American aircraft do the same then. I assume you are all for the Americans coming in to help in the same capacity then. If you value saving lives and tactical strikes then your issue shouldn't have anything to do with the American's if they agree to do the same. You seem to blindly trust this nation to conduct attacks on the ISiS and not accidentally kill any civilians, a nation currently fueled on pure revenge. You should therefor give the rest of the nations a chance who wish to do the same.

Correct?.

A less emotionally compromised sensible person would be far more worried of the Jordanians doing something rash and extreme in response due simply to a desire for revenge. Thats how bad accidents happen.
