| I wanted to see more of Sinon's fights. I'm a bit annoyed by the newly invented SAO flashback... Was that supposed to be before or after he killed Asuna's stalker? Pretty bad strategy. If I was in Laughing Coffin, I'd have figured they wouldn't want to kill anyone either. Fight on! Kirito, you smooth harem-master you. That romance-grab on Sinon... woa. |

| The episode was alright :D the tournament however felt dull due to the lack of both sides showing their skills. |

| Great episode that showed the extent of Kirito's PTSD from SAO which in turn has made him very relatable to by Sinon as she has finally found someone in similar circumstances to her. I look forward to Kirito explaining his SAO days to Sinon! |

| Both of them are taking GGO too seriously. Unlike SAO its just a game! Though Kirito should have kept his word and tried hard from the beginning. this was an o.k. ep, but I found Kirito and Sinon's first bout both melodramatic and anti-climactic. | Am I the only one who think that this show failed hard at it's psychological approach? It was a mess. Sinon is just another female character made up to be in Kirito's harem. He was down before and all of the sudden after a speech he was like "oh yeah yer right lets fite srsly" and performed an inhuman feat, well Kirito is not a normal human I guess. | unused scenes from the original sword art online!!! sick flashback, but makes me wonder, why would they leave this out from the original? Something that has so much impact, something meaningful and badass was left out! Too bad they don't know his address!! Kirito the man-boy, he's too strong. Too powerful. Too skilled. |
| So this is where they include this part that didn't came out during SAO. The action is good enough to keep the story going. |
| Interesting to see Kirito's flashback and dwell on the lives that were lost and those that he had taken. The Laughing Coffin reveal triggers Kirito's psychological issues, and then Sinon's insecurities come out after Kirito beats her which causes him to respond with a reveal of his issues which in turn endears both of them together a bit more. Well done. But still, being able to slash that bullet seemed excessively OP. Wonder if the light novel had an allusions to the fact that he had that kind of skill that the anime excluded. |

| Okay episode, considering a lot of action, well sort of, it wasn't all that exciting. Yeah Kirito and Sinon fight could have been better. But it was cool how he sliced her bullet in half. Asuna would not like the way Kirito was holding Sinon lol. Are we ever gonna see Asuna again? I kinda thought she'd follow Kirito in to GGO. |

| That was a great flashback to SAO. Now that I've seen it, I wish the original SAO had more stuff like that though! Kirito's freakout was good too, and now I'm really interested in trying to figure out who Deathgun is. Sinon is a great character, seems like she is also going to fall for Kirito though |

| the PTSD feels like a really late addition, seeing how Kirito didn't suffer from any during ALO when he mercilessly slaughtered more than a few of his opponents. Also COME ON!!! there should be a ceiling to the ridiculousness the anime should expect us to believe. A Sniper at that close a range is more or less point-blank, you expect us believe Kirito is faster than that Agent Smith who got shot by Trinity. PUH-LEASE! |
