| I stopped around the 15 minutes point. I was bored through most of the episode, and I just didn't really like the awkwardness. This is not my kind of show, so this is my first drop of the season. I hope the people who'll keep watching this will enjoy it, though. |

| Boring slice of life fluff without any drama, tension or anything engaging at all *falls asleep* Oh, were trying to be dramatic here, MC downfall, bam, redeeming song. I like it, but ultimately forgettable. Wouldn't it be nicer if our heroines weren't in damn swimsuits for fanservice? ... Never mind, may the yuri shipping commence! Better than Bakumatsu Rock as a pop idol show, however that isn't saying much. Probably won't follow, because I'll forget about this. |

It's been hard for newly formed idol groups to make a big impact immediately on the national market. What they've sort of done is digress it further into regions and towns, hence you get these so called "Locodol" groups popping up. The gist of things is pretty much that if you want to make it big, you gotta start off somewhere, and starting small allows for more room for mistakes (as you see this episode) because less people really take you seriously for it. In a sense, that other anime from Winter 13, "Wake Up Girls", was pretty much a similar setting to this, only for that show, the group was kinda regional-going-national, whereas this show seems to be studying the phenomenon even more microscopically. |

| Quite nice anime. i watched it on a whim since I am not into idols, expected a pretentious plot where "exciting" things just happened for no good reason, but found a quite reasonable characters: the shady uncle "Mhh, where can I find a gullible teenager that will perform for $20 bucks?". Nyanko performed as expected, no Disney quality performance out of thin air. Yukari seems a bit too perfect (nice body, nice personality, meganeko, has obviously some prior experience on stage) but I expect one or two of her weakness along the way. |

| not bad kinda cute though the uncle is really shady, setting a trap like that. lol yukari kinda nice, i like her. it's nice that she guide nanako like that. and she can play keyboard too! great. nanako... a bit like me. if i was set up to be locodol suddenly, maybe i'll react like her. lol the nagarekawa song... it's like a tipical local song from Japan, but the chords are interesting though, especially in the refrain. not bad but need something more to make it interesting i hope next episodes will be better than this. 3/5 |

| Not a big fan... The art is cute, but there's not much else I liked besides that. The singing wasn't very good, the characters aren't very interesting yet, the pacing is really slow.. It's just one episode so it might get better, but I don't really plan on continuing. Ah well. |

| A decent start I suppose, "Nyanako" is clumsily cute and made for some funny moments. I can't put my finger on it, but this reminds me of Rinne no Lagrange a tiny bit. I liked their little debut, it had an air of awkwardness and portrayed a fairly bland opening ceremony that was a result of their inexperience rather than the show just being boring. I see they didn't wait to rush into the fan-service though. Probably could have done without it this season, but no harm in seeing what it has to offer now. |

| Out of Love Lab, Chronicles of Going Home Club and Locodol, this was the most boring series yet. Relied too much on fanservice in a non-funny way and the story was pushed way too fast. I would like to get introduced properly to the main char, before meeting every character that is featured. |

| 4/5 I'm already inspired by the trailer, but I did not think the first episode went beyond my expectations, starting from the clean design, the cute character design, the setting of the story and the plot that slopes from the usually seen with Love Live. Opening and ending nice, very good drawings of the backdrops. For now I'll give the vote as 6/10! |

| I felt sorry for Nanako and her first time on stage. I blame one who hired her, didn't know Nanako hasn't any experience at all or stuff related to pool :/ She was pretty much forced, but I hope she start enjoy to do what she does. |
