| I was able to hold back the tears during the flashbacks and song... but when merry started speaking to the crew... I started crying a lot. Amazing emotional episode, one of the most memorable scenes in this series by far. I just love how they treat Merry as a companion too and his "funeral" seemed like a real human death. ((ps cant zoro or sanji shed a single frickin tear)) |

| Man, when Going Merry started to apologize.... I've never cried so hard over a movie/tv show and it was over a boat!! I didn't feel the emotion for their ship until this episode. Very well done! seriously, wow! |

| Wow this has to be one of if not the most moving episode of One Piece thus far. The flashbacks all served to remind us viewers of what the Merry went through with and for the gang and to have to say goodbye now is just heartwrenching.. RIP Merry, you'll be missed! |

| There's snot and tears all over my desk now, geez. That certainly was a sad episode, especially when you're reminded of what the ship meant to everyone. It signified the beginning of their adventures together & was their home. And how Luffy said it's their fault Merry got wrecked...ughh... not to mention that they played that OST, which doesn't help matters ;-; RIP Going Merry. Gonna be interesting to see their new ship tho- I'm guessing Galley-la and/or Franky will be building it, maybe?? |
