I enjoy talking about anime and stuff.
A little bit about me: I'm a 23 year old dude that loves anime, manga, music and doing nothing. I'm also a pretty hardcore gamer. I've been watching anime ever since 2005 on and off, and now it's pretty much a part of my daily routine.
Favourite Movies: Interstellar, Straight Outta Compton, Never Back Down
Anime Preferences: I used to be pretty picky before but I now watch almost every genre. Shounen, romance, comedies, you name it.
Favourite Games:
Final Fantasy IX
The World Ends With You
Disgaea
But yeah, FF series in general, Phoenix Wright series (played & beat all of them including Apollo Justice), Ghost Trick, Golden Sun 1, Megaman Battle Network/Starforce games
Favourite Visual Novel: Umineko no naku koro ni / Chiru (its actually a sound novel).
Other ones I've read/played: DanganRonpa, 999, Phoenix Wright (all of them + spinoffs)
MMOs: I've been really into League of Legends lately. I used to play MapleStory and was pretty beast at that, but I just can't stand playing it without real life friends.
Oh I also used to play a LOT of Starcraft 1 and beta tested Starcraft 2 playing that like all day every day, so I really like RTS too.
Favourite Manga: Hoshi no motherfucking Samidare. 10/10
Music: As I age, so does my taste in music. Pretty much everything.
How I Rate MAL
10 - Masterpiece; perfect or near perfect all around. Satisfying and extremely enjoyable to watch and will leave a long lasting impression after completion.
9 - Almost there; Very very good! An entire level above the previous. It just has something that regular shows don't have, some flaws but the pros FAR outweigh the cons.
8 - Pretty good; this has flaws or many overused cliches, but its pretty friggin decent. Nothing too special but still good.
7 - Decent; missing that little something to reach an 8, but not low enough to be a 6. Many flaws but enjoyable regardless. Has its moments.
6 - Slighty Above Average; <-- this show is slightly above average, its just special enough to be warranted above the average title, but nothing more.
5 - Average; this show is average. There is nothing special, just another average show that aired during its respective season. (Most people rate 7's as their average). Still not the worst it can get.
4 - Bad; exactly what it means, bad. Like wow, that was just bad. A notch under average which made it bad.
3 - Terribad; Terrible + Bad. This show was even worse than the usual bad garbage that is watched. Obviously flaws are obvious and bad and terrible.
2 - Epitome of bad; So bad that you shouldn't even watch this show ever. Ever.
1 - Umineko Anime Adaption; Something you should never watch. The sound novel is much better and like, it's the lowest of the low.
