| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Old IP X Studio A-CAT, no thanks. Might as well not give this a modern reshell of sorts, it's better left in the past. A spin-off of Danball Senki / LBX, and don't @ me to ask what the hell this is. I guess you could call this an "Isekai", but the plot itself is just nonsensical to even go as far to call it that. To me, this show felt like an early 2010s show with bad 3DCG. Well, not to mention, if this was released when LBX was at its prime (and that was 2013 mind you), it would've gained more attention. Plot armor of highschool girls in mechs, fighting aliens, how original (and archaic). Reminds me so much of smiliar kids shows of the like. Original DanBall fans please explain this adaptation, thanks. |

| Quite the weird plot, it's basically LBX Girls vs Mimesis in a post-apocalyptic world... why not. The CG animation with the robots reminds me of Choukadou Girl ⅙ xD And I guess it can be considered as an isekai? I hope they'll explain more of what is this world etc and the goal of the Mimesis |

| It seems ok so far just the long and boring transformation scenes that annoyed me a bit. The main girl seems a bit to easy going but i guess she needs to be in order to make this enjoyable. The others girl where ok tho. I have to say that i liked the detail in the military vehicles. |

| character design looks okayish. Seems early 2010s style mixed with 3DCG in some scenes. Well another isekai except it's mecha. Seems like this is gonna be pretty damn bad. Those lbx transformations lmao. Took like 5 years. Good ED tho. |

| its okay i guess. i recommend the original, though. definitely better in terms of plot and character progression. especially if you like CGI that improves with each season, as well as hobby/kids anime. as for what LBX is, a quick run-down is that it's a multimedia franchise from LEVEL 5 (creators of layton, yokai watch, inazuma 11, etc) its fairly popular in japan, but didn't expand much overseas. it has several games, three anime seasons, and a manga. if you're itching for a more serious season, i recommend danball senki wars. i should also mention that soukou musume is also an app game. its treated as an alternate dimension to the original danball senki, making the anime (soukou musume senki) twice removed from the original material. so you dont need to watch the original to understand this show, but i still recommend it as it's a personal favorite. i didn't expect much from this; it looks generic as hell imo. i'll keep watching to see if that'll change, but yeah. if you have any questions regarding the original series and/or app game, feel free to @ me. |

| Dang it's been so long since I watched Little Battlere's experience anime, I used to watch it on tv as a kid. I remember liking it quite a bit too. So this is a spinoff with female leads and them using the LBXs as battlesuits, cool I guess. Story seemed okay but the girls are cute so I'll stick around. Also I really loved their vehicle with the AI. Always wanted one of those huge vehicle when I was a kid XD. |

| I'm pleasantly surprised that this spin-off has been released! I discovered thanks to Tweeter in french today which made me tilt! It's notably thanks to the Danball Senki (or LBX) series that I took the nickname Elysion, without Elyshion's "h". To return to episode 1, there are a lot of things that have changed like the mecha that is included in their body and the lack of male presence. I like the episode just like the CGI. |

The best thing about this anime is my Sakurauchi Riko, Aida Rikako, is the one who sings OP and she also cast the character named Riko. What a coincidence. BTW, Tokorozawa the city where Riko lives has some anime-related interesting places like Kadokawa Culture Museum and the EJ Anime Hotel which are located in Sakura town, and the anime-themed manhole cover on a nearby road. |

| First thing first the animation was awful; everybody on the background just stopped and weren't even moving an inch, most of the time it just dialogue with a still pictures and not to mention there's transition of the characters went from 2D to CG. Character design were utterly forgettable and peoples looks the same. The city looks so devoid of life; no debris, no broken cars, no junks, it just nothing. This is just one of those show where not only it was boring, but also it's not even pretty to look at. I feel drained already after finishing this episodes. |

| i dig this show because our MC Riko is a long range sniper! nice! 5/5. but the transformation sequence take too much time...i hope that sequence is only for first episode. and the rest henshin should be much quicker! |

| first, I'm glad that this seems to be not a harem anime. If the lead character is a girl, higher chance I would follow to the end, and also possibly buy stuffs. that took me by surprise, so opening a toy box causes you to be isekai'd now. lol giving this a generous 5/10 for now.. would still need to see how they develop the characters. |

| Still wanted some Mecha Masamune after Strike Witches. Baby, this ain't even close. Still, I guess I got some misplaced enjoyment out of Frame Arms Girl, so I'll wait and see if this weird ass thing that I'm watching can at least be serviceable. |

| "Girl gets isekai'd into a post-apocalyptic world where she gets to be a robot magical girl" is such a cool premise. Too bad it couldn't be more transparent about being a low-effort series geared to tell robot toys to waifu figurine enthusiasts. I actually thought the CG was pretty good for TV anime standards though. |

| I just clicked on a random show so I had absolutely no idea anything about it, but partway in and the story did it's 180, I was so confused lol. Tbf, I don't hate the CGI usage here, it just makes me think of pretty much literally every other show that tries to do this, for the most part. I got super hard vibes from Choukadou Girl ⅙ (Amazing stranger) which was pretty decent. Well, some of it was a little unacceptable like that giant monster that was halfway into the sky, that made me think about that ridiculously bad looking monster from gibiate episode 3. I agree with some people here that the transformations were overly long, I'm hoping it's kind of like a one time thing for every character they reveal, and after it's just instant, but who knows. I think it was ok, enough to make me watch the next episode. Though I do hope it picks up with some substance. |
