Got to see Shinobu's ability which is rather interesting. Poor Luffy. He looks likes like a mess this chapter. Nice to see Eustass Kid again. |

| Luffy has overcome so much shit, as if his spirit would break now, lol. Once again a great chapter. We got tons of new information, the most interesting among them were Kids Haoshoku and the origin of Kairoseki. I love it that Oda further emphasizes Kids special status even among the Super Novas, nothing less from one of Luffys rivals. And bringing up Kairoseki as a speciality of Wano gives me hope that it possibly could play a decisive factor to defeat Kaido. Maybe Franky could learn to build a weapon with it and make his announcement from back in Zou come true. We also saw how everyone survived Kaidos attack and lmao, the reactions of the remaining Mugiwaras to the article were priceless does someone still remember the times when Robin almost always had her pokerface on ? Act 1 (of 5 ?)has ended with this chapter and the next one will be out in two weeks. Damm, I can't wait to see the Luffy/Kid chat. |

| You really wanna try to break his spirit? Oh, please. Kaido I love you as the Strongest Creature. But I think you really need to try to handle things in a more stern manner. Luffy went through some heinous events that he ain't gonna break. Having the conqueror's haki is pretty saying that their spirit ain't going to shatter that easily. |

| Great chapter with a lot of information Kid having conquerors haki was a big suprise, I think oda really wants to establish that kid is on the same level as luffy. I wonder who that 3rd guy in the prison was, maybe one of the 2 samurai we are still looking for? So the first act is finished interesting. Would love a cutback to reverie even tho its pretty unlikely |

| Never thought I'd see Robin's face look like that lol. It was interesting to see how the Straw Hats survived Kaidou's attack. I also like that we're finally seeing Kid again, I think this is the first time he's appeared since we first learned that he got fucked up and imprisoned by Kaidou. I'm assuming, much like Bege in the last arc, he'll team up with Luffy to try and take down Kaidou, which is nice because we can finally see his abilities in-depth (plus since he has Conqueror Haki, he must be pretty strong). Also, even though it wasn't super big, I like the detail about Sea Stone and how it originated in Wano. I'm really intrigued by that mystery prisoner that spit the fish bone, at first I thought it was Kid, but that doesn't seem to be the case. And as someone mentioned above, I like how Oda seems to be formatting this arc like a Kabuki play, which fits so well with the theme and setting of this arc. | Also, just in case anyone is curious about the influence that Kabuki plays will seem to have on this arc: The name of this chapter was Ha, which the translator note said is a reference to Jo-Ha-Kyu, the structure of a Kabuki play. Jo is the first act, and is usually a slow opening (15 chapters in this case) that introduces us to the characters and plot. We just finished this part in this chapter. With the title of this chapter being Ha, we're obviously heading into the 'Ha' part of Jo-Ha-Kyu; Ha is acts 2-4, where the story speeds up and leads to a moment of drama/tragedy (maybe someone dies?). Assuming Oda speeds things up from here on out to match that aspect of a Kabuki play, it's possible that as the climax builds, we'll (hopefully) get chapters every week with consistent hype. And Kyu is the fifth and final act, which is typically just a short and quick conclusion. |

| Exactly 100 chapters ago is when we saw Kid in jail. But Kaido specifically said he wanted to take Luffy's head and tried to kill him twice before this, why is he letting him just stay in jail now? Oden had King's Haki, damn Roger, he had at least 3 of those in his ship. Kid too, just like Luffy. |

| Awesome chapter. The part where Kaidou says that Luffy was just glaring at him unconscious was pure hype. Lot of interesting details, Kidd's Haoshoku the origins of Kairouseki. The female ninja's powers and of course the reactions of the Straw Hats. XD Never thought I'd see a face like that from Robin especially since she always had that poker face on in the past. Perhaps it's just a sign of her becoming a StrawHat. It does look like whoever was in that cell being fed with the poisonous fish isn't Kidd which is who I thought it was. I wonder who it is. Anyway, I'm super hyped for what's to come. @thebrentinator24 Thanks for the detailed explanation of the Kabuki plays. :) |

| That was hell of a chapter. Probably this was the most predictable chapter ever. Even few weeks ago we knew Luffy would get thrown to the same cell as Kidd, because he's too cocky. Luffy is being a badass main character, even if he's unconcious. I like it how Kaido also kind of acknowledged him a little, because of his unconcious conqueror's haki. Kairoseki nails. That seems to be nothing new. I checked how often we had kairoseki bullets or such in the past, and apparently we rarely see them. I remembered it to be a more common weapon. Since Wano has lots of it, we should see it more often here. I really had to recheck the panel a few times where Robin was surprised. That face... Damn! I guess we are getting a new alliance. This arc is gonna be huuge. |
| I hope Kid finally gets his chance to shine. He's been disappointing. (I can't really blame him because of Kaido.) Edit: Law should also gets his chance to shine and really badly as well. |

| Damn it's not often that you see Luffy in such a bad mood. His eyes look completely different from when he was locked up in WCI. He must have realised now the bitter truth that he's no match for Kaidou in a 1 on 1. As expected we see Kidd. It's gonna be awesome seeing all the supernovas and people from Wano teaming up to take down Kaidou. I have a feeling they won't be able to defeat him but just weaken/exhaust him and then Big Mom and the marines will make an entry and it'll be total chaos ending with Kaidou being captured by the marines ending his reign as a yonko. Probably because the plan was for them to keep it low for 2 weeks so they were shocked Luffy already fought Kaidou and got captured.
