| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Whoa, that animation. If only all the episodes were like this. Did obito's voice actor change again? I could of swore i was hearing someone different, but maybe its because i haven't heard him in a while, i forgot. They thew in some new music, kind of a mix of part 1 and part 2. That was pretty cool. Well things are about to get real serous. 10 tails incoming. |

| Good to be back to canon. The Ten-Tails has arrived, I have been wondering what kind of noise it would make ever since it popped up in the manga and I personally think it sounds great. Really liked the soundtrack in this episode as well. Looking forward to seeing how the anime-only viewers will react to the ending (if they haven't already been spoiled, which they probably have). On a different note, did anyone else not really like the way the Ten-Tails' tails were moving at the end of the episode? The way the moved seemed kind of... rigid? That could be what they were going for though, it does have stone-ish skin after all. I enjoyed the episode, but as one of the comments below said it seemed kind of flat. Slow action, recap and flashbacks kind of damaged the episode, but it was kind of expected considering it was the first canon episode. Next episode looks like it has really good animation. Looking forward to 363 of course, but it's 364 that I am dying to see. Only about 10 chapters worth of content until we see the flashbacks of those kids who like to throw pebbles (manga readers know what I'm talking about). Probably one of the things I'm most excited to see. |

| Finally they got back to the main story. I loved this episode and I loved the battle song that starts playing when Naruto and Killer Bee get in action. Can't wait for the next episode. I am not that far with the manga so I don't know what happens next. I am curious about how they will defeat the Ten Tails. |

If you add up the total amount of times I've watched the SAME SCENES due to flashbacks, it's probably somewhere in the hundreds. Half of the episode was flashback or drawn out staring. Pretty disappointing return to the canon. 3/5 for me. Yes, I totally agree about the flashbacks. God they are annoying especially when you've seen them a dozen times. With every flashback I was like: pleaseee continue, I've already seen this. |

| Everthing that has to do with Kakashi-sensei is awesome! End of fillers and we go back the war! Not really enthusiastic about it until we reach the climax the manga is on right now, but i think i can wait 1 year :P (WITHOUT ANYMORE FILLERS x_x ) And btw, I'm from those who despice naruto OST, but on this episode, the ambient soundtrack was more than enough to pump me with excitement and anticipation!!! I hope the OST will change for the 2nd half of the war and be more like the today's episode!!!! :DDD |

| I loved the art, but the animation, ie. the fight scenes, seemed very flat and almost boring. A lot of "screenshot" fighting and...I don't know. If the art stays this way, it will be great, but they need to fix their problems with fight sequences. We've seen them do it before, why can't they do it now? |

| I was as excited as any of you guys, but I am gonna bash this episode quite a bit: 1. NOT EVEN SECOND MINUTE, WE GOT FLASHBACK. A FUCKING FLASHBACK AFTER 14 EPISODES OF FILLERS. ARE YOU KIDDING ME WITH THIS?!?!?! 2.What the hell was with action? It seemed so slow, kind of boring. I don't know how to describe it, but when scenes change, for just a millisecond we can see characters standing still. Also, animation and sound were not matched up. There was that one scene where Kakashi was breathing heavily and his body movements did not match it at all. Or that part when Naruto headbutted Obito, yet impact didn't seem hard at all. 3. Now, this is me just nitpicking, but how the hell am I supposed to take Obito seriously when his seiyuu now is the same guy who voiced Aoki. Don't get me wrong, his voice is great, but every time I hear it, I think of look-away tech. Can you imagine Obito doing look away on Kakashi and Naruto? 4.That Bujuu-dama looked badass, that much I admit, I felt shivers and got goosebumps, but again, why was it so slow? It took it forever to explode, for a bit I even thought it wouldn't. 5.For a fierce beast, Juubi didn't sound scary at all. I expected him to scream, not to growl, if that can even be called growling. Oh yeah, I forgot this, so I am editing: There is nothing confirmed, but rumor is that there won't be any fillers for the rest of the year. That is yey, I guess.... |

| So canon is back huh? Some classic Naruto moments there even though I thought the dialogues felt a bit cheesy. The fight was okay I guess. The 9 tails should get a stand ovation for his efforts with Kakashi against Obito there. Still, with the 10 tails out now, shit is about to go down big time. I just wonder if they can take it on. |

| Finally! We are back to the canon story! Kind of disappointed that the Juubi has the Mazou skin colour. I'd rather have it as Zetsu's green/white... oh well. It is the official colour after all. Seriously can't wait for the destruction incarnate to cause chaos all over!!! |

I think that'll only happen if the manga ends soon, I heard the mangaka is in the final stages of planning the end...but I don't know how much further the manga is :/ looking at the last few chapters I don't think it is enough IMO to guarantee no filler for the rest of the year (unfortunately) |

| Finally, canon. I can't say im really fond of all those flashbacks with kakashi and obito. Can't wait to see madara's and hashirama's past though. I would 4/5 this but because of Madara's Meruem pose at the end 5/5 :P |

| Ehh. The action scenes were so poor and awkward in transition. I like Obito's lines in these episodes, Naruto lifting up the morale, and the final scene of the Juubi and Madara's lines. I didn't like anything else. Hopefully the next episode is better paced, with better animation and transition. |

| Meh episode, this part was slow as hell and instead of using 3/4 chapters for an episode they went for adding flashbacks. Never liked this fight in the manga, I wonder if the anime will change my opinion.. |

Kishimoto thought they had extremely high relevence to this entire arc. So he's used them frequently. It is not necessary for the anime to add additional scenes. You have to take into account also that the Kakashii ambu arc should not be included into that equation, these are real flashbacks from the manga so yeah it does seem like its been way over used but that is also because we just got done watching a 13 episode filler arc centered around kakashi's past and obito's character. |

| Madara's (Originally Hashirama's) Wooden Dragon was quite op; holding down Kyuubi and Hachibi both at once. Though, Naruto was amazing; blocking Susanoo and saving Kakashi. Kurama talking using Naruto's body was somewhat funny and epic! Naruto's reaction after Kurama put Kakashi away in Obito's Kamui. XD Those were some huge Bujuu Dama! Well, the Uchiha Flame Formation is finally gone. Though, Madara is not amused and revives the Juubi. Good episode. Animation seems a little better than before. OSTs were awesome too. |

| This was an ok episode 3/5, the animation was lacking, the action was slow, unnecessary flashbacks we have seen 100 times all ready . I liked the filler episodes a lot better. But seeing the 10 tails revived was very interesting. |
