| There are a lot of good singers such as Coda (JoJo Part 1 OP 2 and JoJo Part 5 OP 1), Myth & Roid (Re:Zero OP 2 and Overlord OP 3), Flow (Code Geass OP 1 and Dragon Ball Battle of Gods ost), Spyair (Gintama OP 13 and Gintama OP 21). But the band that takes the cake for me is DOES with tracks like Guren (Naruto Shippuden OP 15(I don't even watch Naruto)), Full Speed Dancer (Gintama First Movie ost), Shura (Gintama ED 5), and my Personal favourite, Donten (Gintama OP 5). Now that I think about it, all Gintama OPs are great (expect maybe OP 6). |

| Hyde from l'arc en ciel writes some very catchy melodies not only for his band but for other artists as well. Even though I'm not a big fan of hipster artsy pop or whatever it's called, amazarashi has some great tracks I listen to them a lot after I discovered them through tokyo ghoul. The oral cigarettes don't have a lot of anime songs but their non anime stuff is really cool Does, a band with a very ungooglable name, has some amazing anime tracks especially the ones they did for gin tama. The guys behind the monogatari openings are gods, one of them is meg rock who has written other stuff for kill la kill and guren lagann. Hiroyuki Sawano's OP for legend of the galactic heroes and EDs for gundam UC are some of my favorite pop songs from the 2010s |

OP) BUMP OF CHICKEN (3-gatsu no Lion OP/ED, Granblue Fantasy OP) GARNiDELiA (Kill la Kill 2nd OP, Mahouka OP2, Animegataris OP) Ray (Waiting in Summer OP, A Lull in the Sea OP1/OP2/ED2) Minase Inori (Re:Zero insert, Endro~! OP/ED, Is the Order a Rabbit? OP/ED, Girl's Last Tour OP/ED) I don't frequently go out of my way to find additional music by my favorite theme song artists, but these are some of the exceptions. Admittedly Ray is a bit difficult, being hard to Google. |
| Aimer is a magnificent singer, seriously. The story of why her voice is husky when she sings is a story of true dedication to singing, damn. Best band is kinda hard though since it's all dependent on mood and stuff... My favourites are probably EGOIST/supercell (somber), Sumika/Honeyworks (happy), UVERworld (hype)... Way too many good bands though... Sawano Hiroyuki and Yuki Kajiura best sound directors though. |

| Kalafina, hell yeah! Idk how Yuki Kajiura started this band up but it's so good and awesome and agh I miss them why did they disband.... ClariS is pretty great too! I've only just heard about savage genius and I kinda like them, sucks that they pretty much were and forever will be only a 2000s thing. Lia is such a good singer!! Frickin awesome performance for shows like Angel Beats and Air!! Can't deny about Nana Mizuki's skills... there's a reason why she's still around singing and such... pretty good vocal range.
