Growing up I watched a lot of your typical anime stuff, like Kimba the White Lion. I didn't really get into "anime" per say, until I picked up the Love Hina manga, and read through the entire series one night at a friend's house. When I was around 10, I went head first into anime with Chobbits, He Is My Master, Dears, etc. I basically watched every ecchi/harem in existence, then moved onto other genres.

Once I started watching, I never really stopped, and that's probably the reason my list looks the way it does. I try to give every series a chance and watch till the end, with few exceptions. In addition to other things, I studied Japanese for four years at the college level, and lived in Japan for a year tutoring. Thankfully, this experience lets me enjoy a series raw, when the need arises.

When I'm not watching anime, I like playing Visual Novels, JRPGs, reading manga, watching other non-anime shows, cyber bullying through chat applications, and playing video games.

I'm not a picky viewer, but I would say that I have high expectations from series at this point, and will often get frustrated if I feel that something was produced too hastily. Generally speaking though, I like anime, and will happily talk to anybody about it.
