| Lizzie wouldn't have been killed if Reiji was sensible enough to actually tell Cal he thought she'd been killed in the explosion. Or hell, Lizzie should've told Cal; even if she wanted Reiji to tell her, at least she'd have some hope that Lizzie wasn't lying. See what a lack of communication can do? It can kill. Too bad it was Lizzie who got killed. |
| Cal is still not a phantom. The way their eyes change color when ready to kill doesn't apply to her. She only kills random target if they get in her way. |
| The eye-change represents the moments when Ein and Zwei think of themselves not human so they could move their emotions aside and kill. It is pure symbolism added by the anime. Drei on the other hand... she doesn't mind being an assassin as the other two do so she doesn't need to put aside her emotions in order to kill (or in othe words: she doesn't need to persuade herself). |

| The song is really long on that pocket watch... I know it's supposed to build up drama, but that didn't seem realistic. I don't get why inferno would trust Scyth Master for another time. He's already had 2 defective phantoms, and now it's a third. Why would they trust the other trainees that aren't even phantoms yet. Especially when his phantom assassins aren't as emotionally controlled and loyal as he claims. |

Sure she was criminal, but she tried to do things right, and with honor. fuck off Cal for involving Mio. Inferno tried to kill Cal. They killed her only family. Why the hell would she do this? Scythe's lies? here comes more of Scythe's puppets as expected as he turns on Cal, as she was too much of a loose cannon. I don't see how we can get a peaceful resolution at this point, or even a good ending. Oh well, Scythe better fucking die. |

If not for that, they would have been careless and Inferno would have made a sneak attack and killed them. Yeah Reiji is an idiot. If he knew how to talk Cal would've been back to normal. I feel really bad for Liz. She didn't deserve to die. If Cal dies I'm going to drop this show. I would like an ending where Reiji, Cal and Eren all end up living a normal life, but since Urobochi is the writer I doubt that's going to happen. I miss loli Cal, this Cal is good but I don't like her like I liked Loli Cal. |

| Meh I've decided not to take this show so seriously anymore and it's kind of enjoyable that way. Cal definitely turned into one crazy bitch who backstabs whomever she likes. I still think when push comes to shove Cal won't be able to kill Reiji. We'll see how it goes. Nice episode. |
| The dialogue from the VN explains Cal's internal thoughts better. Reiji is an idiot for not clarifying everything from beginning to end with Cal right away, but Cal is an even bigger idiot for not asking specific questions, giving her "ex-boyfriend" the proper chance to explain (he's been phantom before so he knows how it is), AND going against Ex-Phantom, the Godo clan, and Inferno. Lizzie was one of the best characters in this show. She was composed, and only endangered/killed someone (even her best friend) when there was no other alternative/orders. Regardless of what her emotions were screaming to her, she had to make the rational choice. She was truly a loyal partner and friend. Now she's dead, thanks to Cal. Now Mio is kidnapped, thanks to Cal. Now Reiji and Eren's life is screwed again, thanks to Cal. At least she's hot and has skills with a bike right? |

| Claudia and Lizzie were the best characters in the show and they're both dead. FUCK. Reiji and Eren are stupid. To hell with Mio, who gives a shit? Just escape already. They [were] assassins who killed countless people, why should they care about Mio? Cal is basically using Mio as hostage to lure Ein and Zwei and they should use the opportunity to GTFO. NO LOGIC OMG Cal's character development is ridiculous. |

| Lizzie has played her role and died as it should be. She's the only character that was done right. In ep18 it was shown that Scythe prepares some Phantom-like girls. Seems that's what was it. With three episodes left, the final battle is about to start. We still don't know anything about Eren's past, weird. |
