'Nameko-ke no Ichizoku', PV for Mushroom Cultivation Mobile Game, to be Made Into Anime

It was revealed that "Nameko-ke no Ichizoku" (the big mushroom family), which is a PV series for "Osawari Tantei: Nameko Saibai Kit", a mobile phone game on mushroom cultivation, will be animated. It will be about the daily life of a big family of mushrooms living together. More details will be disclosed on October 11th, according to the newly established anime website.

It strongly reminds me of Ketsuekigata-kun for many reasons. And to be frank i generally find this type of premise amusing as it hints me that Japan has endless creativity when it comes to anthropomorphizing completely mundane, trivial objects and wrap them up with good comedy into a decent anime show.

Next time, what else they can anthropomorphize, i wonder?
