I will forgive them, though, because Kukuri is on the list, and that alone makes the list full of win. Let's not forget Cutie Honey either. EDIT: No Ayumu "Osaka" Kasuga either? Japanese anime fans sure do forget great characters quickly in their search for the next great moeblob (who will probably won't be even a quarter as great as Kukuri). I don't mind the absence of Kino too much, because I never expected her to feature in a list that is a basically a popularity contest anyway. There again, I didn't expect Kukuri to make an appearance in such a list, either. |

| An interesting list, for sure. Some personal opinions/observations: -Koizumi? I don't hate the guy by any stretch, but he seems improbably high up on the list. -Clearly, Senjougahara Fascination is in full swing over in Japan. -How'd Tifa get into the running? -I would rant about the lack of some of my favorites (No Haruko? MADNESS), but it's late and I should be going to sleep. -It was good to see Fujioka Haruhi up there. |

Destiny, well, failed on most levels except soundtrack. Maetel being only 12th in the 1980's list feels so wrong... Yea, one of my peronal female favs of all time. Lum is also a great chara from what I've seen so far in Urusei Yatsura. As for Shinji, no wonder. There are even his followers who did what he was afraid of: thus plenty of 'popular suicide spots' in Japan. ^^ |
