It is curious that Jc staff work in this anime.
Jc staff was the one that started the trend of light novels about bored empowered teenagers with black hair who give them a magical girlfriend or several girls who dominated the past decades, now he will finish it.

Looks good
Just hearing the word Virgin in the title and seeing good looking girl in the cover means this anime will be good for sure

You're right on the one hand, too few people are talking about this – I don't know if it's because people assume it's just another run of the mill isekai like I've read people saying elsewhere.

I don’t know, I haven’t seen queer LN rank first among the best works of the year for a long time. If this was my cup of tea, then I would be crazy about the joy that this will become an anime.
It is a very interesting story and I'm particularly looking forward to the anime a lot, but the writing of the first volume is weak and sluggish, which might be the fault of the translation. The author is very good at invoking imagery though, so maybe it's Yen Press' fault after all. I don’t know, I haven’t seen queer LN rank first among the best works of the year for a long time. Well, I don’t sit on yuri resources, so I don’t know if this is discussed directly on fandom. But maybe Frog-kun wrote some articles about it.

Maybe because there's only one LN volume officially translated to English by now and the manga has just a few chapters floating around.
Also, the LN's writing is... kind of a hard sell. The manga handles the story a bit better. Besides, I wouldn't say it's that far off from a melodramatic teenage girl story, to be quite honest.

For a rare good yuri that isn't a CGDCT or a melodramatic teenage girl story, this show has too little hype in the West.

Akari's cutesy, default voice shows potential.
JC Staff is for sure a... studio. Not sure if the right one for this, but still a studio alright. Well, at least it's not Lindenfilms.

Finally, some semblance of a release date. It's most likely going to be a Winter anime for sure. The key art looks great as well.
