'Shokei Shoujo no Virgin Road' Announces Additional Cast, Staff, Spring 2022 Airing
The GA Bunko and GA Novel 2022 New Year Anime Festival event revealed additional cast, staff, the theme song artists, first key visual (pictured), and first promotional video for the Shokei Shoujo no Virgin Road (The Executioner and Her Way of Life) anime series on Tuesday. The television anime adaptation of Mato Satou's fantasy adventure light novel will begin airing in Spring 2022.Cast

Ashuna: M.A.O (Mao Ichimichi) (Hachi-nan tte, Sore wa Nai deshou!)
Staff
Prop Design: Ryou Hirata (Bungou Stray Dogs)
Art Director: Teruhiko Niita (Hidan no Aria)
Color Design: Ayasa Okada (Sentouin, Hakenshimasu!)
3DCG Director: Isse Shibuya (Fukumenkei Noise)
Director of Photography: Shingo Fukuyo (Shinigami Bocchan to Kuro Maid)
Editing: Kentarou Tsubone (Real-T) (Osananajimi ga Zettai ni Makenai Love Comedy)
Mili (Goblin Slayer) is performing the opening theme "Paper Bouquet," while ChouCho (Majo no Tabitabi) is performing the ending theme "Tomoshibi Serenade."
Yoshiki Kawasaki (Honzuki no Gekokujou assistant director) is helming the anime at J.C.Staff, with Shougo Yasukawa (Nejimaki Seirei Senki: Tenkyou no Alderamin) handling the series composition. Keiko Tamaki (Hataraku Saibou!! sub-character design) is in charge of the character designs and Michiru (Given) composing the music.
Satou originally launched the light novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website before SB creative began publishing it through its GA Bunko imprint in July 2019, featuring illustrations by Nilitsu. The sixth volume shipped on August 15.

Well, since that Twitter account is not verified, we cannot confirm it's authenticity.
BUT
We cannot completely debunk it either.
MAL usually gives "Shoujo Ai" tag if media is actually advertised as such and is indeed Shoujo Ai, not just bait.
For example, Otherside Picnic anime got one, despite there being almost no yuri whatsoever besides one blush scene. An actual yuri content happens in LN, in later chapters that weren't adapted into anime.
If that tweet is legitimate, then it would all make sense. Even in PV girl stated that "We are friends".
So, "expert's opinions are divided".

It means there is romance, but it develops with a slow pacing, so it takes a while before major romantic events start happening.
