Always nice to see an original anime airing, especially one from P.A. The PV is quite pretty and the synopsis is fairly interesting.

Ugh. Looks like this is a yuri or fuyuribait. I pass.

This anime seems to be great, looking forward to the release.

I thought Toshiya Shinohara's lastest work (Irozuku Sekai no Ashita kara) was on the weak side, so I hope this fares better than that.

I'm sorry, at what point?

As the synopsis said the story revolves around these two girls exploring their dreams and reality, loneliness and friends, bonds and conflicts. And in the teaser the way they were speaking, the music, the atmosphere kinda gave Adachi to Shimamura vibes to me. And the art seemed Kyoani-ish to me. That's all. :-|

Hmm, personally I can only understand the KyoAni vibes here, but okay, it's pointless to argue about personal impressions.

Another anime that's giving Kyoani vibes and Adachi to Shimamura vibes because of how they're narrating their feelings and thoughts. Looking forward to this one.

First Akari, and now Rikako. Damn Miku really do be making a harem out of Love Live girls lol.

@FullyCharged It would be more accurate to say that the non-canon label "shoujo ai" is mainly used for a show that is nothing more than bait.

OHH...Nagi no Asukara with a pinch of Iroduku?

Regardless though, P.A. Works originals have a lot to anticipate about, though a recurring practice for more than a decade.

If two female protagonists were a deliberate or unintentional bait and this turns out to be the second Iroduku, then I literally will laugh for several days, rereading all these comments on twitter, where yuri fans for some reason decided that a date in an aquarium is some kind of special trope of yuri manga

P.A. Works has a lot of misses these days, idk if ill try it...

They are damn great looking misses tho.

This looks great. I know some people might be hesitant about the director, but I personally love what I've seen of his. This looks like Nagi no Asukara mixed with Irozuku and Children of the Sea (more for the setting). Very excited.

The perfect mix, literally.

Now the important question is: is this bait or actual lesbian?

Most shoujo ai anime themselves are already bait. So it's probably bait.

Script creator and director both commited Irodoku, which was probably the most boring anime ever made. Skipping this one.

It's too early to talk about anything, but I can already predict how people will argue over this before, during and after the premiere. Unless of course it is don't be literal yuri.

Yeah, you're right. It gonna be annoying discussing the series if all anyone talks about is if it's yuri or not. It just made me think of that one specific manga.

For this reason, I have stopped reading discussions of all-female anime unless I have a specific reason. Either I'll be involved in a pointless argument, or I'll ruin my mood.

Did you talk about Tropical Fish or something? To be honest, I haven't read this manga, but I always thought it was yuri. Until I found out that people argue about it.

Just wanted to say it reminds me of "A Tropical Fish Yearns For Snow" with the whole two 'ambiguously gay' girls and aquarium aesthetic.

I am always in for some sweet Yuri. The pv was really gay. I want to see some cute lesbian kissing,,,YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES

@Hrybami @Xenocrisi @Piromysl I love how people start to be happy or upset that this is "shoujo ai" even though we actually don't know anything about this show yet, lol.

Theo1899 said:

I'm not even sure if it will be bait at all. But Miku's involvement in this and the apparent absence of male characters could mean something.

Rosary_Diva said:

But they had True Tears. Also, just remembered that Cannan was heavy on yuri.

True tears It is an adaptation of a visual novel with a male protagonist so definitely is not. Cannan I have not seen it, but it seems that is yuri

Canaan was technically about "female super duper friendship", so technically it's not yuri.
