Live Anime 'Virtual-san wa Miteiru' Announced

Dwango Anime Conference (Temporary) held on Tuesday has announced a new live anime featuring 30 virtual YouTubers. Titled Virtual-san wa Miteiru (Virtual-san Looking), the live anime will air in an omnibus form via Tokyo MX at 12:00 a.m. starting January 10, 2019, for a total of 12 episodes. It will also be live-streamed on NicoNico Live and Periscope, followed by regular streaming via Nico Nico Douga, dAnimeStore, and more streaming sites on January 10, 2019.

The theme songs will be produced by Yasutaka Nakata. The first six episodes will be performed by AI Kizuna, while the latter six episodes will be performed by Virtual Real, which will consist of six Virtual Youtubers: Akari Mirai, Shiro, Mito Tsukino, Hime Tanaka, Hina Suzuki, Hinata Nekomiya.

There will also be special shows featuring Virtual Youtubers from the end of the year and the beginning of next year via Nico Live.

Oh yeah these VR idols have been popping up everywhere lately, one even showed up in a Builder's School segment for Dragon Quest Builders II.

None of those are VR idols lol They're virtual youtubers. Every one of them have a channel in youtube, with Kizuna Ai having the biggest with more than 2 million.

But at least in part you're right because they are appearing in TV, magazines, anime and in so many places because of their popularity.

"them" releasing singles (and probably gaining profit) says so otherwise :/

She's probably busy with her things but at least she will sing the opening haha I really wanted her and Kaguya to be on the cast tho, maybe in the future.
