Houseki no Kuni is not on the list, because its last issue, issue six, has not been distributed. I saw on the site that there was a delay. So do not worry, because it is likely that after this last volume announce a new season.

I don't like Hibike as much as the next person as much but even then I would be like eh, the sales are good for it. I think the show can improve personally (S2 did it so why not?)

Your words are my words <3 Naoko Yamada is my favorite anime director along with Hayao Miyazaki and Isao Takahata. Her works are really special to me, her sensible and human directing style touches me deeply.

Considering the recap movie already reached 80% of the original TV series' sales number, it's quite a success. <3

The movie contains a fifth of new contents and the pacing is very, very good for a recap movie. The new contents also touch a bit on the development of the relationships. They don't look too one sided because of those new contents.

Now I am eagerly waiting for Liz to Aoi Tori. I have a strong feeling that Yamada Naoko will do something amazing with it. She can create amazing stories out of stories where nothing really happen. Stories where no one is gonna come and save the world. No one is gonna go to a journey of a lifetime. Just simple human emotions represented through heartwarming stories. She is one of the best directors in the industry for me!

Did not watch Hibike! Euphonium after the first season, but it's rather sad that their film sold weaker than the idols. All the hope for quite a cult franchises like Yamato 2202 and Code Geass.
