Manga 'Mahou Shoujo Site' Receives TV Anime Adaptation

It will be revealed on the 7th volume of Kentarou Satou's Mahou Shoujo Site (Magical Girl Site) manga that the series will be receiving a TV anime adaptation in 2018.

Synopsis
Asagiri Aya is a young girl who has fallen victim to bullies at her school. Looking for a way to escape her troubles, she looks to the internet for distraction, when a mysterious website called "Magical Girl Site" appears. Simply viewing the page is all it takes to hurtle Aya headlong into the deadly world of the Magical Girl Apocalypse. There, it’s fight or die, against a seemingly endless array of savagely adorable, frilly-skirted killing machines, each armed with magical powers and an unquenchable thirst for blood and chaos. Mahou Shoujo Site began its publication in Akita Shoten's Champion Tap! in July 2013 and currently has six volumes in print, with the seventh volume going on sale on September 8. Seven Seas Entertainment has been publishing the manga in English since February 2017, and released the third volume on August 1. The serialization will also be moved to Weekly Shounen Champion in October 2017.

I'd say it's more similar to Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku than Madoka, in terms of brutality anyway. I've read the first few chapters of the manga and yeah.... not my thing.

Heard mixed feelings with Mahou Shoujo Site, when it comes to the source material (and my friends here) although, I'm gonna keep an eye on this and how this will go so we'll see.

OMG! I DIDN'T EXPECT THEY WOULD ADAPT THIS AN ANIME. IM INTERNALLY SCREAMING!! I've been reading the manga and it was good. Damn I can't wait XD

Sooo yet another dark mahou shoujo series? Never heard of this manga before, but more horror anime is always welcome I guess. Hope there's gonna be some decent gore at least :c

After watching Madoka and MahouIku I'm not sure what else this trope has left to offer, but I'd certainly want to give it a chance since I liked those anime.
