Seiyuu Nobuyuki Furuta Dies

Seiyuu Nobuyuki Furuta has died on Tuesday night from a ruptured aneurysm. He was 59 years old. The funeral will be held on Sunday morning on September 3 by his wife, as well as fellow seiyuu and president of Kenyuu Office Kenyuu Horiuchi.

Furuta voiced supporting characters such as Sakyou from Yuu☆Yuu☆Hakusho, Kudou from Touch, and more. He also voiced the Japanese dub of Matt Parkman from the American television drama Heroes and was a mixed martial arts announcer with Fighting Network Rings.

I'm currently watching Yuu Yuu Hakusho, so when I get to the part where his character is introduced I'll think of him. RIP.

Actually, Pain's seiyuu (Kenyuu Horiuchi) is not the one who has died, he is the one who will held his funeral.
haha I'm tunnel visioning, Horiuchi's name being linked instead of Furuta's got me
